Every.Single.Thing. I so appreciated being recognized and greeted each day by the front desk reps. Every single person was warm, professional and made me feel at home. I was blown away by the breakfast buffet. It is now the standard for any buffet I ever encounter. Completely a wonderful way to treat yourself. Say hello to Ahmad while you are there...he takes the time to curate such a beautiful, fresh array of wonderful foods for the hotel's guests. I loved the facility ..the first floor lounge with its subtly designed motif slowly made its impression on my senses. When I connected all the tones, shapes, fixtures, artwork and coffee table items as being part of a larger idea, it really made me smile. From Jhaneel (front desk) and Nate (bartender) to Liam, Sam and crew in valet parking, this was simply such a wonderful way to find myself taken care of, while I was in town to check in on someone. I will be back.

Amazing style, the hotel is fresh, very interesting design, teracce and outdoor lobby part are very cool. The breakfast (though the staff seems not to be proud of it, suggesting other places) was really good. The variety is limited, but the products themselves of great quaity.

Suprisingly some basic things were irritating: a) bad sound isolation, so you wake up when someone slams their door at your floor, b) the curtains do not black out, though I suppose there are lots of guest after a transatlanic flights, c) strange not balanced blankets, they are extremely warm and hard to find any balance with AC and them

However we were told at check in that breakfast was included but in the morning the wait staff said it only cover for 2 which was very misleading. The lady at the front desk was very unhelpful but the wait staff did eventually honour a complimentary breakfast. We were not given any information about during check in. Kitchen was not serving food in the evening either.

The Front desks are amazing!! The breakfast choice and quality is amazing. The server at the breakfast Wild Onion Restaurant is really amazing and a true hard worker! Location is good, very close to google mountain view. The room interior is all tech driven which I really enjoyed. Full natural lights shine through all day, spacious.

For the most part it was good, only one day I have noticed the room cleaning wasn’t thorough, the dirty hand towels were folded back, and the floor wasn’t vacuumed or mopped while there were visible spots. need to be cleaned.

Front desk staff excellent and extremely helpful. Even when valet service was horrible. Front desk lady even brought a luggage carrier to parked car and loaded herself.

Valet parking ridiculous. I pulled in said was here to check in. Valet just stared and said well you can’t park here. I asked how do I use the service and he said you could park across street. Then walked off. Not knowing what to do I pulled into valet area parking myself . Then went to desk and said I was confused. Front desk shocked and helped us herself and when she saw valet she asked what’s going on ? He blew her off. She made apologies to us and said they must have a staff shortage. Not a great first impression for such a lovely hotel.

The staff was amazing!!! The front desk guy named Mohammad was very informative and helpful. he even upgraded our stay, free of charge🥰 We didn’t expect it so it was nice of him to do that. the bartender was extremely friendly and nice. overall we felt extremely comfortable staying there. It was extremely clean as well which was a plus. The breakfast was amazing as well. They were fast!!

The only thing that we were disappointed about was that there was no microwave in the room. we brought some extra pizza and couldn’t reheat it.

Modern and sleek! Clean and Comfortable. The Staff! Every member I dealt with was SO respectful, polite and communicative. After COVID, alot of people and staff have lowered the bar, not the AC :)

Just not a lot of parking. Valet staff was great, just wish there was a normal parking lot, so if you didn’t valet, you don’t have to park on the street.

updated , clean, comfy beds, friendly staff, elevators were fast , nice location

hard to adjust room temp, had a bit of trouble with the tv which was ok but the person that came to help didn’t know anything and told us they didn’t get hbo which we turned it to hbo when he left. the ice machine did not work. wish it had a microwave

We didn’t eat breakfast there but we went to the bar and the barman was friendly and professional even if he looked like he just had taken a 50 mile drive on his Harley. Loved the fact that there wasn’t carpet anywhere and the shower was a shower, no tub with awful shower curtain. Structure was recent and room was modern. Clean.

The room was large and modern, the air conditioning worked very well, the lobby and building are beautifully designed.

There was no wastebasket in the bathroom area, it took a while for staff to get our keyed coded correctly, the view out the window was of a parking lot and painting business.
