We were charged for water in room and there was no price tag so we thought it was complimentary. It was a surprise to be charged and something that should be more expressly noted so guests are aware. It truly was disappointing. On the other hand, the front desk was extremely helpful on finding an alternate room for an early checkin and it allowed me to have a 2 hour conference meeting for work in the privacy of my room. It was lovely and appreciated. The salmon on the Salinas salad was delicious. The chef is to be commended. We loved the 2nd floor pool balcony and enjoyed some outdoor fun.

The room is modern and spacious. People at the reception were friendly and welcoming. The location is great and the parking is convenient.

The sound isolation was not great, our neighbours were loud until 2-3am 2 nights in a row. When I called to complain multiple times I was first told that there are no free rooms in the whole hotel and they have already talked to the neighbours. At 1:30am when we still couldn’t sleep because of the noise (furniture, slamming doors, loud voices) I called again and was offered to move to a different room (suddenly there were free rooms), but we were in no shape to move to a new room at 1:30am and just wanted to have some sleep. So when your neighbours are reasonable, this hotel is great. When it’s not the case the hotel staff doesn’t handle it well.

Liked the location, plenty of parking, the staff was friendly and check-in was fast and courteous. Parking is not attached to the site...but it is right across the street...and their is plenty of it (in a very clean facility.

The fact that you need to go across the street to park...and the parking facility is not physically attached to the hotel itself. It's not a deal breaker...but you do have to use a parking facility elevator to get to street level then walk across the street to access a hotel elevator to get to your room level.

It was really nice and was opened just 2-3 years ago I think. Very comfortable bedding and pillows, plenty of space in the room and all was clean. Went there for Luke Bryan concert in October 2021. Very close (5-7 minute drive) to the Shoreline Amphitheater, which was great! Walking distance to restaurants, stores, etc. I’d definitely stay there again!

Well . . . the elevators. . . particularly the middle one of the three, were a bit sketchy (or haunted). Every time we got in it, we hit the floor we wanted, the door would close, but it would just sit there for several seconds waiting for what, I don’t know. When it finally decided to move, it either went the opposite direction of the floor we pressed (and, no, it wasn’t because of someone calling it from another floor), or it would go right on past the floor we chose! It was so random! We got a kick out of it actually, wondering which floor we would end up on next time! All in all, it was a nice stay with nice staff!

I loved the modern minimalist aesthetic. The rooms felt spacious, and clean. The beds were so comfortable and the bedding was perfect! The JBL alarm clock was a cool touch! The educational artwork everywhere was awesome as well. Also, the pool area, fireplaces and restaurant/bar were great too. The location and amenities within walking distance couldn’t be beat. Did I mention the spacious parking garage? Loved our stay 100%, and will be back for sure.

A small microwave would have been good to have.

What we really liked about walking into the Hotel we were greeted as soon as we walked in. The front desk staff two ladies very sweet. I wish we would have got there names. The rooms are very nice modern. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub or gym.

There isn’t anything we didn’t like. We loved our stay there.

the location was excellent. I walked to Starbucks and Target and trader Joes. there’s a beautiful park across the street. I sat outside with my tea. it was new and clean, spotless, and quiet and safe. I felt very safe. it was alone and it was just wonderful. the decor in the room was beautiful, clean and trendy. The fridge was a great bonus that I filled with food and snacks.

Modern styled rooms with high ceilings. Comfortable bed and quiet.

TV remote batteries were dead. They were replaced but turned out to be the remote itself. Called for a bucket of ice (since there wasn’t one in room) and a roll of toilet paper (since there was less than quarter roll). No one showed up, had to go down the front desk to ask a couple hours later. Also restaurant offered happy hour only m-f and was completely closed during my time there. Disappointing since I had hoped to not have to leave the property to eat…

We loved the room and the location to the restaurants across the street. Especially loved the price for our stay (had a discount from booking.com), I don't know if we would've stayed without that discount.

We didn't like the view but there's only so much you can do about it I guess. We also didn't get any info about breakfast, lunch, or dinner or if it was included with our stay.

Very clean and good location. Close to restaurants and grocery shopping. 10 mins drive to Mountain View downtown. Gym and pool is open for limited capacity which is understandable. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Bar and restaurant are closed. So no breakfast provided by hotel. But able to go grocery next door to pick up food. The parking requires extra charge $15 per day. But there are plenty public parking next door for overnight parking.
