Staff was VERY pleasant and friendly. Accommodated our request for rooms close together. Location and parking was great. Food at dinner was great! So nice to have good shower products in large sizes to minimize waste. Loved the extra blanket pillow in the room so I didn’t have to call housekeeping. Air conditioning worked great.

Room was adequate but dark. Wish we could keep adjoining room doors open without propping them open with a shoe. Would be nice to have an area to walk and potty pets since you are pet friendly. Need to look at my bill against my credit card statement. Seemed like things didn’t match up but need to wait for final charges to post, so not sure on that yet.

As always the Hilton chain was on point! The check-in was seemless and helpful. The staff was efficient. The housekeeping staff made sure that I had enough towels for the room and I was set for the weekend. The only downfall was the elevator situation, but even technical difficulties can't be avoided.

As a Hilton Honors member the personalization of the visit has definetley changed. The parking garage was a little difficult to manage with a disabled placard if you were in closer to one elevator that the other.

The breakfast is outstanding: hot eggs, crispy bacon, potatoes, fruit, delicious waffles, yogurt, juice, bagels, pastries. I keep coming back to this place just for the breakfast!

The location isn't great. There's not many restaurants nearby within walking distance, so you'll generally have to uber somewhere else or have food delivered. There is an onsite restaurant but it has limited food options.

it was do clean!! the staff was so kind.& if we asked them for anything they took care of it,so fast,we couldn't even get to the door. I work in the hotel business.& it felt how we treat our guests.

it was 6:00pm & we were laughing & there was a noise complaint the guest next door to us!! was coming in & out there room most of the night. opening & closing the door & no 1 said anything about that.!! we didn't complain, because we know 5hat at some point everyone makes noise.but we keep it down.& but we did notice the difference. in how they was not asked to calm down ..

When we arrived, all 6 of us chattering away, your reception staff was so gracious and embracing! The gentleman who had graduated In hotel management could TEACH social skills and how to positively represent your company! The young lady with him was so focused on getting everything we 6 old ladies wanted, we were confident all was good!

We had 1 glitch. When booking I thought breakfast was included. Imagine my surprise whenI received a bill for $110.00! it was taken care of with 1 phone call. Oh, by the way, our waiter, Fernando?, was ADORABLE! He could not have been more accommodating to 6 “needy” women.😊😊

Front desk staffer was helful and friendly. He got the visit off to a good start. I asked for and got a nice, quiet room. I also liked that the peep hole in the door has a little cover so the light from the hall doesn't shine in at night. I like a DARK room, and that little light really does matter.

1 elevator was broken. The curtain in my room was too short and allowed the lights from the front of the building to shine in at night. Not a biggie, but I noticed it.

the location on the main road in Central Palo Alto, with easily available underground parking and a very nice breakfast.

the underground parking lot signage and access was not readily accessible - till we got used to it. we as a family were there for three days - over Stanford Family Day weekend; our grandson is a freshman there at Stanford. … thanks

The Staff was fantastic! From the first person we checked in with to the last person we checked out with - kind, efficient, and dedicated to the customer.

Breakfast was a bit shaky - ran out of milk, no cream for the coffee, ran out of potatoes. Would have been great to have the bar open Saturday night but it's totally understandable with post-covid staffing challenges

Breakfast was good. Had the choice of buffet vs single items of the buffet. Not a big breakfast person so do not need to pay 34 dollars for toast and yogurt.

Pillows are not great. Not the best quality. I would rate the hotel in the 225 dollar range but charging 350 plus on some nights is not worth it.

My boyfriend and I stayed here because we were going to a concert at Shoreline. We arrived early but they were able to accommodate us and place us in our room. The bed was super comfortable and I loved the big shower. The best part…it was QUIET. The facilities are clean, the room was cozy and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. Definitely recommend this property…will be back for our next concert
