Staff at breakfast was great. They always greeted you with a smile and were very attentive to all the guests. Jose and Christina were exceptional. I ate breakfast all 10 days of my stay and all 10 days they provided exceptional service. The staff did an excellent job everyday cleaning my room. It was VERY VERY Clean. The whole staff was very professional, pleasant, and very attentive. Great 10 day stay , Great experience for Me.....
No Laundry facility. Since I was staying 10 days I needed a place to wash my clothes. I did find a laundromat not to far away but it would have been nice if there was a couple washing machines and driers.

Property is clean. Pretty kept up. We were there for a medical appointment at Stanford. Second time we stayed at the hotel. pretty close to Stanford. Like the noon check out. Rooms are pretty spacious. Beds are high, pretty firm and comfortable. Bathroom is pretty big, nicely done. Pool area is nice. Lobby is big and updated. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. First room was in a hard place to access from parking lot and the changed my room when I requested. I asked for extra blankets and they brought them to my room in under 3 minutes.
The toilet is VERY LOW to the ground. I am recovering from surgery and found it hard to use. water pressure for flushing wasn’t the best.

The staff was hands down the best part of my stay. Beth and Ron at the front desk were helpful and accommodating at every turn. Andres and his manager were exceptional for breakfast. Housekeeping -Andre, and the women, were both extremely helpful and professional. Well- dressed too. The woman in the bar, kind, helpful, and professional. The staff take pride in their level of customer service.
Needs to be updated, but the bed and pillows were a dream.

Bathroom looked nice. Awesome smelling toiletries in big bottles (not the single use ones. so, less trash.) Nice personal patio. Good size gym with fancy equipment and sauna. Self-serving snack kiosk near the lobby. Complementary coffee by the main entrance till 9 a.m. Good not expensive breakfast with eggs, sausages, bacon, waffles/french toasts, yoghurt, fruits, real oatmeal and cereal. The stuff was very nice.
little things need to be fixed like door knob was missing a lock button, etc. but nothing that influenced our stay. We loved it.

This was the second time I stayed at this property in the last 6 months and it was just as good as the first. The restaurant on site was perfect. The staff was so friendly and the food hot and tasty. Eating outside next to the fire pit just enhanced the experience. I was able to get into the pool this time and not be overwhelmed by children. But the best part of the hotel are the beds!! These were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever been in. I will definitely be back!

the room really needs a microwave oven. little old lady across the hall from me had to have her door broken down by firefighters. the deadbolt on my room seemed to stick. maybe she had the same problem. no one at the desk when i wanted to check out. left my key card on the desk.

The front desk staff were amazing.
The faucet spout was too close to the sink because it’s shaped like a bowl and the soap dispenser was odd because you had to press the bottle against the wall for soap to dispense. The room was a little dated.

I guess this is a “first impression thing.“ Ron at the front desk made us feel so welcome when we arrived that evening. He took time with us and was genuine and knowledgeable. The hotel was clean and had some great memories for my sweetheart. Will visit again!

The staff are amazing. They restaurant staff were very accommodating as were the front desk staff. We had a complicated stay and they made everything very easy! Beds were great. We did have trouble with the heating/cooling system as the cooling system was not working very well. We just opened the windows to cool the room down.
