The proximity to the Google campus is great, the rooms are comfortable and nice, the staff is very wemcoming,

The hotel has a strict policy of disallowing early check-ins and late check-outs. As an international traveller I arrive to SFO in the morning after a long flight. All other hotels I've been to make an effort to accommodate you if they have the room ready, but Shashi's policy (based on several visits I had) is to charge you for a full extra night before 10am and for 20$/hour (between the early check-in and 3pm) afterwards. The same goes for extending the checkout - 20$/hour even if you want 12pm instead of 11am. To me that's a significant consideration.

The location was outstanding and we appreciated the spacious free on site parking. The staff was super friendly, solicitous and communicative, and had great suggestions for activities.

The cost was too high for our small (but lovely) room. A continental breakfast should have been included in the price. We were a bit taken aback by the charge of $20/hr for an early check in at this not full hotel (although we did appreciate the free extra hour for late checkout). The a/c was also cranked up too high in the common areas and hallways.

The attention to details… ergonomics, cleanliness, attentiveness and courtesy by ALL staff we encountered, amenities, robes and slippers. The location was ideal. Walking distance to Amphitheatre but also local restaurants, Starbucks, convenience store. Size Hotel made the check in/out process speedy vs long tedious and lengthy wait.

None. Easy to locate. A short drive to Castro St which offers nice stroll to a bunch of cute cafes, restaurants and delicious pastry & gelato shops

The location was great for us. We ate dinner and drank our beverages on the location. The food was great and the drinks too!! The hospitality at check in was very accommodating. The bathrooms were clean, and the soap smelled good too. Our room was clean and neat. The bed was comfortable, and the towels were nice and fluffy. The shower was nice and roomy. The soap, shampoo and conditioner were attached in the shower, very convenient. The air in the room was very comfortable, not dry.

The toilet seat lid popped off.

That the pool & hot tub are in the middle of the main part of the building for all to view you & it’s kinda of a small area, not a lot of chairs for the guests at the pool which probably deters guests from using the pool. The pool is also right near where the bar & restaurant are where people are eating & drinking outside. Expensive food & drinks.

The staff was incredibly helpful, attentive and super nice ! They went above and beyond. The hotel was spotless. The staff was fun, outgoing and we never had to wait as there was always someone there to help. Ashley at check in was amazing ... very professional yet fun and made us comfortable. Ricardo the waiter/server just amazing. He definitely went above and beyond and was so personable ! Bartenders were top notch. The location was perfect for a concert we attended. Literally down the road. Ambiance was relaxing but fun at the same time. Perfect balance. We will definitely be coming back to this location. Top notch service ! !

I can not name one bad thing about this place ! Hands down one of the best hotels I've stayed at.

All was very good. Convenient and great location to where I needed to be. Firtnes center and offices (pod) spaces for meetings were well equipped and private.

Did not know there was a cost to renting pod space. When I requested I was not informed of the cost, found out later when was charged from the deposit I paid ($50 USD per hour).

The hotel is brand spanking new, with a lovely and modern inner courtyard that you see as soon as you arrive. there is a pool, a bar area and a hot tub as well as seamless indoor/outdoor eating areas. There are many sliding doors that maximize airflow in the restaurant and bar. The room had a nice setup, a great bathroom and state of the art tv with lots of streaming services available (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc..) the food and cocktails were great. We really enjoyed the appetizers we had and also the drinks which were very inventive. We also had breakfast and it was huge, came with all sorts of side. I recommending splitting with another person - sharing. We used the free bikes to ride over to Shoreline and also took a detour through the Google campus (which is essentially next door) - it's bike-friendly :) If you are coming here on Google-related business this is the place for you. We came here for a staycation before plunging back into the school year (both of us are educators with a high school aged child) and we all wanted a relating last hurrah. The hotel delivered!

We could not figure out the ac and the room got a bit hot at night, also could not figure out how to turn off the screensaver on the tv which was bright (we had to cover it :) - but these were more operator error perhaps, rather than a hotel problem. :)

The location is very convenient, and our room was immaculate and comfortable. We were pleased that the hotel offers free overnight charging for electric vehicles in the garage adjacent to the hotel. FYI, the hotel offers breakfast, but there's also a large Starbucks just a few steps away.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel walking distance from the Shoreline Amphitheater and Google HQ. The service was excellent, the rooms comfortable and stylish, and the restaurant fabulous.

I wouldn't want to use the pool and jacuzzi because they're in the middle of the hotel in full view of the bar and restaurant patrons. Too invasive!
