The location was very good for our short visit to Mountainview and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The property seems to have been recently upgraded significantly. The bathrooms were equipped with a very nice shower. The breakfast was good though limited in selection. Parking was good and secure. Good value for the price we paid.

We found that the windows let in a fair amount of noise from passing vehicles on the street and conversations of guests in the hallways. The breakfast room was a bit small and on one morning it was "taken over" by a group of guests so that other guests had difficulty accessing the coffee dispenser and other items.

Staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. Room was nice and bed was comfy and clean. Easy, free parking.

Housekeeping hadn't cleaned the toilet. I always do a "cleanliness check" when I get to a hotel and disinfect high contact surfaces with hand wipes, in case a place doesn't do that already. When I lifted the toilet lid, it looked like a little bit of poo on the seat. I got it off with a handwipe, but then when I lifted the toilet seat cover and saw some "splatters" in the bowl, I could tell they hadn't cleaned it. However, the front desk responded immediately and sent someone to clean it. Everything else looked clean.

The rooms seemed to have been remodeled recently. They looked modern, clean and in new like condition. The room had reasonable space. Everything worked and the room had even a coffee machine with coffee pods to choose from. The WiFi was good for the office work I did on it. The room was quite and there was no noise from any neighbors. The location is very convenient and close to downtown Mountain View and office campuses around. The staff was nice, but I didn't need to interact much.

The heating and air conditioning device was loud as usual. This is the same per unit, in unit air ventilator system that all hotels like this have and all of them have the same issue that it is too loud for me to sleep with it on. The room temp just is what it is for me as I can't use that thing.

The room is cheap, clean and within walking distance of restaurants, bars and with a bit of effort also shopping. This is not to be underestimated, as the urban planning of American cities, and the placement of motels especially so, strongly favours automobility as the sole method of getting around. Especially the bath room is good, with a shower proper instead of a bath tub. Also, the shower has a rainfall head, which is always appreciated.

The breakfast is definitively underwhelming. Would appreciate an opt-out, which if I remember correctly was not marketed.

conveniently located - restaurants, Starbucks, many shops nearby. I needed to get in quickly, get some rest, and get out & get out my workday. Perfect for that situation. Had work meetings over zoom with no problem. sort of picky about having a comfortable bed and I was very pleased. Shower was awesome. It’s a small property and that made everything easier as well with plenty of parking.

Small amount of road noise in the AM and daytime, but I had earbuds, so it never caused me a problem. Road noise was not an issue at night.

Nice location. Friendly staff. Good communication. Easy access.

I could not connect my laptop to Wi-Fi. I tried their 800 number and I could not connect to the IT support group. I had to use my iPhone as a hotspot to access the internet. Also the room curtains do not keep outside light from coming in at night. My room was fairly bright at night as my room was near an outside light. I prefer to sleep in dark rooms. I can live with the light, but the Wi-Fi was problematic for me.

The hotel went thru a major renovation last year and the rooms look brand new. They are well appointed for a short stay. The staff is doing a great job keeping them clean. The property is well maintained all around.

The location of the hotel is on a very busy street, that can be quite noisy at times. Ask for a room in the back. The breakfast was very basic. There could be more hooks for the towels by the sink.

The room was beautiful, this was the first time my husband and I have gone away since our children have been born. Right outside our room was the the ice and vending machine which was perfect. Everything was clean and appliances were better then we expected. This was the best hotel we have stayed in and trust me we have been in Lot traveling for vacation.

The fact we had to leave so soon.

Wonderful staff who obviously take pride in their establishment (as they should!!). Very clean and comfortable beds and super nice bathroom. Complementary breakfast in the morning and reasonable price for the stay. Parking was also easy. Absolutely great stay overall, really appreciate the kindness of the management.

Vending machine didn’t work (charged the card but didn’t dispense items).

I was a clean hotel. The parking lot was well lit and bright. When I first arrived as I was meeting family. Hotel staff came to see what I was doing as I entered the parking lot without a parking pass displayed. so I thought that was good keep the parking lot clear of people hanging around.

The driveway is narrow and small so it is easy to pass. Anytime leavening the parking lot was harder with cars parked along the sidewalk very close to the driveway and it being narrow.
