Clean, well arranged rooms near the walking street in Mountain View. Walking distance to numerous restaurants. Ample parking spaces. Great compliments breakfast in the morning. Courteous, professional staff. Tea/ coffee available all day. An agreeable Lounge for working. I have returned to this hotel a few times.

I can’t think of much except that some neighbors were very loud til late at night.

The continental breakfast was great. Lots of items to accommodate everyone. The size of the rooms were great and all the extra pillows were amazing

The bathroom layout is terrible. The shower curtain doesn't even cover the whole shower which leaves the ends open. Toilet paper dispenser is right outside the shower so the TP roll was soaked. Only 2 towels for wrapping the body. One was needed to cover the floor due to the lack of the curtain.

I liked the special attention the hotel provided with the disinfecting and the cleanliness of the entire hotel. Appreciated the notices and stickers ensuring that quests were aware of the hotels disinfecting process, including what chemicals are used, etc. especially during the pandemic.

On the negative side: The ice machine is very loud. My room was adjacent to the ice machine and it was noisy all night long. Next stay, I will be sure to ask for a room away from the ice machine.

Coffee was always available in the lobby. Easy check in/out. HBO in the room was great. Fresh fruit at breakfast. Location. Gym was small but adequate.

Breakfast options could be better. Would like to see alternative milk options and some healthier yogurts.

Stayed here for an event at Shoreline, less than a 10 min drive. Place was really clean and was able to accommodate me an extra night. Beds were comfy and bathroom was nice. There were hallway bathrooms next to our room incase someone else needed to use the bathroom at the same time.

Did not eat breakfast; however, the coffee was excellent.

Housekeeping was "non-existent" : had to request everything from towels to making up the bed. Perhaps this was due to California's draconian Covid restrictions ? Used towels had to be left in the hall outside the room door. Fresh towels were left in same place in a laundry-like plastic bag after two requests.

No laundry; no housekeeping for four days even though it was requested daily; toilet didn’t flush regularly

i was stuck outside for like 10 min b/c one day i couldn't get in, no one was at reception. this is after i checked out but i needed to pick up my luggage which was being held

Clean and convenient location

Had to pay $50 deposit and felt like it was a lot since two weeks ago I was here and only paid a very small deposit People are nice enough No eggs in the breakfast, It’s ok, but the woman said there were and it was a little disappointing not to find them inside lol I don’t ask for extra amenities unless I really need them. Anyway, it was a nice enough stay

Comfy, spacious, clean room and bathroom, all with a modern look.The perfect size bed. No upcharge for Wi-Fi or parking. Felt safe with the enclosed garage and the accessibility to the hotel by key only.

Unfortunately my dislikes are due to COVID. The trash bags on the hallways and the standard breakfast baggies.
