I arrived late and the night time desk attendant was very helpful. She was finishing up with a guest when I arrived and quickly helped me and my guest to get registered and showed up the way to the room. The hotel was quiet, clean and had lots of extras like a refrigerator in the room, a coffee maker with pods, creamer and sweetener. The beds were well equipped with blankets and pillows. There was full sized, built-in body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower.

The light switch that controlled the light to the bathroom was poorly placed. The switch was inconveniently located on the wall behind the door to the bathroom so if you didn't turn the light on before you entered, you were using the facilities in the dark.

The restaurant is very good. Happy hour 4-6. I had the cheeseburger and fries and they were very good. There is no continental breakfast, that was very disappointing, you can order off of the menu though.

I was first checked into a room in the 2 story part of the facility, a motel room. It was very dirty with ripped curtains. I would have stayed however there was very noisy construction in the room next to me and when I asked how late the construction would be going on I was moved to the Tower part of the facility, a hotel room. it was so much better, very quiet and I felt much safer. Not the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in, just don’t look too closely, the maids don’t do a good job, there was an empty water bottle under the curtains. Only decaf tea and coffee pods, no hair dryer, vending machine wasn’t working and ice machines on even floors only. The bed was very comfortable! That was a huge plus and it’s very close and convenient to the airport.

The staff are so friendly, helpful & always willing to assist. Breakfasts were enjoyable. Bed was super comfortable, linens & pillows excellent- such a good nights sleep. Enjoyed swimming in the pool - super 👌 clean. Ours was a very enjoyable stay & we highly recommend Radisson Oakland - when we return to San Francisco, we'll also be returning to Oakland. Thank you to all the staff at Radisson Oakland for a memorable stay!!!

The bed was amazing as well as the water pressure and the washroom. I loved that they have an iron and iron board inside the bedroom and a full-body mirror. The swimming pool was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Also really liked the amenities, especially the coffee maker and capsules. The location near Oakland Arena was perfect.

The room was kind of small and with the luggage we had little space to walk comfortably. I believe the TVs from both rooms shared the cable ducts because I could hear the tv noise from the wall at night.

Room was comfortable and quiet. There were a number of other guest checking in who were clearly there for a party of some sort, but I couldn't hear them once I shut the door.

The restaurant/bar seemed nice, but closed early so I didn't get to check it out. I ordered out instead and the parking security wouldn't let the delivery person in so they could deliver to my room, so I had to meet them against the gate and take delivery from the other side of the hotel compound.

The location was very convenient to where I needed to be. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was pretty good, though there weren't many vegan options.

There was a loud noise that sounded like someone inflating an air mattress every 20-30 minutes. The bathroom was very small. It felt weird to enter the suite on the bedroom side. The restaurant is very expensive for a hotel breakfast, and had we not received breakfast comps, we never would've tried it.

The service at this hotel was outstanding- thanks to the lady working at the front desk September 9th, around 7pm! 10/10 Skittle to the airport helped us so much that we can’t even describe it! We got amazing help and a great room in to tower.

It’s a pity that the bar closes at 9 pm and that the smell of the pot was absolutely everywhere in the building

About the one thing that I can say is that the newly renovated tower rooms are exceptional clean and the king size mattress was very comfortable and smoke free. I'm glad I upgraded my room. Plus it's nearby the Oakland A's stadium.

Next time I return, I will ask for a room that doesn't face the freeway along with the freeway noises on interstate 880. They haven't installed any ice machines on any floor. The pool n spa weren't available since COVID 19.

that fact I was told that there was a airport shuttle as well as being told at checkin I had to pay an extra $170 for our room when it was only to be $426 I was unaware that the room was extra for the 2nd night
