It was a nice place to stay that was tucked away from the freeway. Parking was great and so was the breakfast.

There was a guy that wandered/lived in the hotel parking lot for our stay and we suspect the abandoned truck on the back side of the lot may be his. There was an old Honda that would sometimes pull in at night next to the truck and the guy living in the parking lot would be talking to the lady driving the Honda. He also was on the second floor of the hotel one morning. This didn’t bother us one bit as people staying in the hotel and if anything, it gave us something fun to do at night because we would just observe. however, I am relaying what we saw here just in case.

Rooms are a bit outdated, but clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The internet was great and the complimentary breakfast is very well stocked, including some healthier options. Overall a great value for prices in the area, especially for work travel.

The area is very industrial and sketchy, but the parking lot is well lit and there were no issues with car break ins, which are a huge issue in the Bay Area now.

Clean room. Good water pressure in the shower. Bed is comfortable. We stayed for only 1 night and we're happy with the service. The hot breakfast was GREAT: scrambled eggs, sausage, and burritos w/ sausage & egg, which is a big surprise since many hotels in other cities/states that I've been to typically don't offer 3 items or even hot fresh foods (real protein food). Oat milk was also provided for coffee and I like that. The hot breakfast exceeded my expectation. I'd say this place has the best value if you are in town for a few nights.

Nice sheets and blankets Staff: friendly and helpful. Arranged Uber for us from and to the airport. Smooth and courteous check-in and check out. Filtered water station available on all floors to refill our containers

The staff was friendly from the start. The breakfast was awesome since they had a waffle machine, what I did to spice it up is I sliced some bananas they had in the fruit basket, threw in some walnuts and cinnamon that they had in the oatmeal section and topped with syrup for a banana walnut waffle. Our room had amazing water pressure in the shower. Close by to the BART station

I like the staff esp that one person that was there when I checked in (sorry I forgot his name). He was very accommodating and informative. Before I booked, I called first to make sure they have all the amenities I needed for my stay. He was actually one of the reasons why I was convinced to book in the hotel because he was very informative. During the conversation, I felt like he was genuinely interested about my concerns and gave me honest answers. As a travel nurse that did not have any idea about the Oakland area, he was very helpful in giving directions to possible lodging options that is within decent commute to my hospital of assignment. He was also very patient and wasn’t at all pushy. Also, when he was informed that there was a plumbing problem in the toilet of the room I was initially given, he was quick to respond and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Another thing is that there were multiple times that I had to access the closed cafeteria because I needed to refill my water bottle and also get some hot chocolate at night; they were okay with it. They were very accommodating of those things. To the boss of that worker in the reception, you have to give him a raise. Also you’ve got great staff so take care of them.

I requested for my room to be cleaned in the middle of my stay but it did not happen instead it was cleaned the night before I left. My booking was for about a week which started on Sunday and check-out is Saturday. I would have preferred that they cleaned it Wednesday instead of Friday. I think it was just a matter of breakdown of communication somewhere but I would have enjoyed a newly cleaned room with fresh sheets and towels and emptied trash in the middle of my stay rather than the night before I leave. Other than that, everything was good.

I changed my check in date from the 29th to the 30th paired for change And. I had to pay for the 29th too. Was not happy. I would like my money back for the 29th I checked in on the 30th After change was approved they said they didn't recive date change I had to pay fix this please. The room was big, the bathroom had a great design, and everything from the lobby to the place of stay were clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and accommodating. I had forgotten something in my room and come back a couple of hours later, and they had kept it for me.

The breakfast wasn't exceptional, but they still had a lot to offer, like sausage, eggs, breakfast burritos, bread, muffins, bagels, coffee, juice, yogurt, cereal, packaged pastries, and waffles. I personally just didn't like the taste of the items I chose, except for the blueberry bagels.

Room was very spacious and beds very comfortable fitting the 4 of us. Everything was very clean and smelled fresh. The breakfast was included and it was very good considering the pandemic. The check in great and Staff was extremely nice and very helpful and attentive to our needs.

The location is in a bad neighborhood. We had a bunch of things in the trunk that did not want to take in the room, but we were strongly advise not to leave anything in the car because of all the breaking into the cars and theft the location was known for. The surroundings looked very suspicious and also had homeless people

Breakfast was very good. 24 hour coffee/hot chocolate in lobby. Hotel and grounds very clean. Good indoor pool and hot tub. Good staff. The area outside the property very dirty. Streets were full of litter. Short distance from airport and Oakland Collesium.
