I've stayed at this hotel multiple times as it's close to the airport. The room was clean and comfy. The shuttle is available for pick up and drop off 24/7, which is why I like this hotel.

I didn't know that the shuttle is now a paid service in 2022. The price didn't bother me, but it would've been nice to see that information in the hotel description as it still says that it's a free service.

We had a double king room. It was more spacious, clean, and nicely designed than other higher level brand name hotels that I’ve stayed in, which was a nice surprise. The beds and pillows were super comfy too. The shower, bathroom, and sink were impeccably clean. The room was nice and quiet; I couldn’t hear people passing by or in other rooms. We didn’t sightsee in SF and only went to an event at the Oakland Arena (need a car), so for that purpose this hotel was a great location. The hotel is near the airport as well. Check in and check out was quick and easy with courteous staff.

Super convenient to the airport, Perfect for my early morning departure. I missed the breakfast unfortunately.

TBH, it was a little difficult to find. Didn't realize that the main entrance is behind a gated parking lot. MIssed the entry the first time. Maybe if there was some kind of advanced notification with the reservation or a notification on the day of the reservation, it would have helped. Also, didn't realize that parking was an additional fee

This hotel is a 3 minute ride from the airport. It is also conveniently located to the show we were going to. We loved the comfortable king-sized beds and down pillows. We only spent one night but it was nice seeing the k cup coffee maker and broad selection of channels on the television. The room was very nice and I would definitely enjoy staying there in the future if my travels take me there.

This Holiday Inn is wonderfully clean, and has a well appointed lobby with very friendly staff. The rooms are quite large and comfortable. It's a very short drive to the airport and the shuttle was available exactly when we needed it, no waiting. We arrived after the bar in the lobby closed but it looked welcoming too.

Getting in and out of the gate for parking could have been easier - one of our room keys worked and the rest didn't.

It was very convenient being so close to the airport. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was a big draw for using this particular hotel. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Overall very happy with our short stay.

Need to drop off my girlfriend at the airport at 7am. Great place to stay and it made the commute easy.

It was a little loud, could hear the people in the hallway and the couple in the room next to us.

I loved the king size double beds in the room. The view from my hotel room was spectacular. I loved the 24/7 shuttle service to the airport. The driver was quick and efficient. The food at the restaurant downstairs was good as well.

There was construction on the floor I was on. It was the middle of the day, but I was trying to sleep and the constant hammering sounded like someone was constantly knocking on the door. The phone did not work in the room, either.

A lamp wasn't working so the room was only lit on 1 side. It had plenty of light so it wasn't too difficult , but still when it was needed wouldn't turn on. Couldn't find plug?. East to get to airport for early flight. Shuttle was easy and dropped you in front of the airline taking..
