Hotel was very comfortable. Looked upgraded. Breakfast was good and well maintained (nothing was missing and if it did was fast to resolve). Room was very spacious.

Room had a bit of a smell like the window was not opened and it was dusty. Once we opened up the air conditioner the smell disappeared. We asked for extra bed/mattress and they could not accommodate ( I asked for a small crib size mattress) also i've asked for extra blankets (we were 5) and we wanted each to have a separate blanket and by the time we arrived the house keeping were away and they said they cannot accommodate. we received only sheets. It was hot anyhow so it was sufficient. but could have been nice to receive it.

The hotel was clean, big room. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. Breakfast area was small and it was crowded. The hotel is 8 minute drive from Universal Studio and it is easy to use Uber for travelling there. Plenty of places to eat close to the hotel and a 24hour good foodstore also nearby.

They were not very eager to take garbage out. In the parking garage the garbage hill around the dustbin grew bigger every day. And no garbage take out from our room also during 3-night stay. It was written that it is done every day, but probably it was an old sign. As LA is not a cheap place to stay I probably should consider the price we paid quite ok, but it still feels like that for this money I would have expected a bit more.

very nice room and excellent comfort bed. the free parking in the garage is a plus nice nighborhood with restaurant and café

almost no breakfast. Just some coffee and a take a way package with banana, yoghurt and a small pastry. No mention about this kind of breakfast when booking. customers should be informed

The location!!! It was close to Universal studios Hollywood and also the Burbank airport. The staff was amazing and super nice!!! When booking a hotel, I ALWAYS make sure there is continental breakfast served bc it is a MUST for my family and I and….. this breakfast was soooo good. It held over all morning and, we didn’t have to eat anything until late afternoon. This hotel is my 1st choice if I come back to Universal studios and, I will recommend it to everyone I know😁

It’s not what I didn’t like but, it’s more like what I suggest regarding the Continental breakfast. It would be nice if there was a area where you can wash your hands before touching the serving spoons and other food related items or have hand sanitizer within the dining area would be nice.

The hotel is in a great location near Universal Studios (6 minute drive). There's free underground parking and hot/cold breakfast options such as eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, fruit, yogurt, and muffins. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Nice water pressure in the shower and the air conditioner works well. The blackout shades were awesome.

The rooms facing the streets have traffic noise throughout the night. With that said, I used ear plugs and problem solved. The pool is small and wasn't heated.

We loved the location of this hotel. It is in walking distance to the Warner Brothers Studio Tour. Only a 15 drive to Universal Studios and about 20 minutes to the Walk of Fame. Our was comfortable and clean and the staff was friendly. The neighborhood is safe. And the pizza place a block away had a great pizza!

Breakfast could have been better. Very little selection. The coffee machine was good. I needed to ask for more towels and the trash needs to be taken out daily.

The room was so big, lots of hangers which was great for all my work clothes. Bed was so comfortable. Very clean room and bathroom.

I unfortunately couldn't eat much of the breakfast, I can't eat diary and my stomach doesn't handle foods that are very high in sugar. This meant the only thing I could eat was the bananas. A healthy cereal would have been a nice option. No big deal though because I know Americans love sweet breakfasts.

I liked how close it was to Universal Studios but also far enough away from the crazy crowds. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great too. Every staff member that I encountered was very nice and helpful with any questions I had!

The only downside to this place is the dryer not working. I needed to wash some of the children’s clothes and it took me 4 times to try and dry them and they were still damp. so I had to hang them in the room.

Super spacious room and nice bathroom. Walking distance to Warner Bros studios and short Uber ride to Universal.

All facilities closed due to Covid and pool not in use (for reasons the staff wouldn't share) - this should be flagged on booking.com at the point of booking esp as one might select this hotel over others because of the pool offer. There is absolutely no place to sit outside which is a shame, especially given the lack of balconies. Curtains had to be kept shut at all times or people could see in. Reception staff a hit or miss - a very unpleasant/stern gentleman the first day followed by a polite/helpful one the next morning.

We really like the location and the community around where we were staying. The staff was always very helpful. We enjoyed eating at the local restaurants that were close by and we very much enjoyed the the community the area around there was just gorgeous.

What we didn’t like, wasn’t anything you could control. Things like the excessive amount of homeless people and if you crazy drivers otherwise we very much enjoyed it.
