I really loved the location. For me, being able to exit my room and the hotel and get to my car quickly was important and convenient. For this reason, i didn't choose a larger hotel. We didn't have an issue with parking and the elevator is right next to the door in the lobby. Check in was fast and easy and they were able to accommodate an early check in. I booked 2 queens but was accommodated with 2 doubles instead. They didn't mention the swap but for me it wasn't a big deal since we got the early check in anyways. The manager was friendly and made recommendations about Universal Studios. The room was spacious and the shower was great. The bed was good. Linens are thin so maybe ask for an extra blanket if you're used to a heavy blanket. What's nice is that the windows open. One thing I noticed is even with the bathroom exhaust fan on, the room still accumulated moisture in the windows. The traffic light when you leave doesn't turn green or you have to wait a long time, we just made a right turn to leave. Oh and they offer to-go breakfast. Overall, I would stay here again.

Linens are thin, and the bed is a little on the softer side. These are not big deal breakers just based on my personal preference.

The property was within walking distance to Universal Studios, the staff was friendly and the decor had a cute Hollywood theme.

Our room had a broken curtain which didn’t close all the way, the USB ports in the room did not work and my biggest issue was that this hotel advertised a continental breakfast which consisted of a brown paper bag with a frozen pre-packaged croissant sandwich, a nutri-grain bar, an uncrustable peanut butter and jelly sandwich and a bottle of water. This was not the continental breakfast that I was expecting. This was not specified when booking and I would not have booked this room if I had known that the breakfast consisted of pre-packaged food in a brown paper bag breakfast.

This facility is fantastic! We ended up having to book this hotel on a whim because our air bnb ended up being a fraud! Not the way to start a vacation/bachelorette event! The staff at the Tilt Hotel was very accommodating during our last minute booking. The room was amazing and perfect for our party of 5! Beds were very comfortable. Our only issue we had with the room, was that the AC leaked overnight but the front desk associate was quick to come investigate the cause and even credited us a discount! Highly recommend for traveling stays and is very close to Universal Studios!

The location was excellent, we walked to Universal Studios. The staff at the front desk were amazing and went above and beyond to help us get the most out of our trip! I don’t think I’ve been to a hotel with nicer people working the front desk.

The breakfast was a few to-go items that were decent but not something I would list as a breakfast. It was nice to have but the second morning we grabbed a warm meal elsewhere. Still very much worth the cost even without the free breakfast though!

I liked the location it was close to universal studios and the shower water was so nice other hotels the water doesn't come out good and the pillows felt really good and the staff were so friendly and the breakfast was so good and the coffee that was so nice

Room was big enough for a family of 4, beds were ok, not amazing, but comfortable enough. Having a microwave, a coffee maker, and a mini fridge was also convenient.

The room was facing the front of the hotel and the window was not fully closed and could not be fully closed, so a reasonable amount of noise from the street would come into the room. I think this is something that could be easily fixed, or perhaps a different room would have been better.

The staff is Doing an up most job keeping up with the guidelines Super clean! This is one of the cleanest rooms I’ve been in and I really want to say, THANK YOU TO THE MAID SERVICE AGAIN! You are doing a wonderful job. I always bring my own cleaning wipes just incase but my room was so clean I felt comfortable and I felt I could rest easy. the bed was Great and also very very clean. Plenty of towels & Very helpful staff as well. Over all got a return customers! When visiting Universal studios Hollywood.

Didn’t like that the didn’t disclose the 100 holding fee. Make sure you have the proper money in your account. Especially if from out of town.

This hotel has clearly taken great strides to update everything. The staff is among the friendliest staff I have encountered staying in hotels. Most importantly, the beds and bathroom were VERY clean! Loved the old Hollywood pictures throughout the building as well.

Parking is tight with few parking spots. However, that's not really a fault of the facility. They only have as much room as they have and the staff was very helpful in making sure we found a spot. Room was a bit dusty and curtains either needed washed or replaced. Obvious areas in room that don't get cleaned daily like mirror (makeup on it) and window ledge.
