Location Comfortable room Pool and Jacuzzi

Requested a clean of the room on day 4 of stay- not done but had observed staff cleaning many rooms on this day. Reported this in on routine hotel call and was told would look into it but no response. Reception staff very unhelpful on check out when requested use of toilet before leaving the hotel - was simply told ‘no public restroom’ after we had literally been guests for a week. Hilton hotel immediately next door allowed access to their toilet facilities upon request. Very bad reflection on BW.

Lovely clean rooms in an excellent location. Perfect for Hollywood Boulevard with Hard Rock Cafe, Walk of Fame, Chinese Theatre, Dolby Theatre & Hollywood Bowl all within walking distance. The area is a safe as it gets for Hollywood - the odd homeless person knocking about but they are hard to avoid in LA. Warner Bros, Universal Studios & the Sunset Strip are all only a 15 dollar Uber trip away. I highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay in Hollywood.

The ONLY downside is that N Highland Ave outside the hotel is a VERY busy road & quite noisy even at night. The hotel is soundproofed as best as can be but the road is a major route to the Hollywood Freeway & the San Fernando Valley so sirens & horns can sometimes disturb an otherwise peaceful nights sleep!

Room interior layout uses the space nicely. Lots of amenities like a keurig, microwave, iron w/board, blow dryer, timer for bathroom light, ambient night lighting. Definitely going to rebook if I'm in the area!

The elevator is a bit glitchy. Kept taking us to the 3rd floor from the 1st when we pressed 2nd floor button. Didn't notice where the stairs were until I have plenty of downtime form waiting on the elevator. Surprise $20 parking fee with parking fee tax of $4. I know parking in LA is bad, but this would have been nice to know when I was originally booking.

We loved the nice friendly courteous reception we received from the staff upon arrival. After driving 12 hours and seeing friendly people was a huge plus. The rooms were comfortable and spacious enough. It was in a great location close to several destination areas we were visiting. Our kids loved the depth of the pool. They enjoyed it very much.

It was fairly noisy from the traffic but it's understandable since the hotel was in a busy part of town on a busy street.

My first time in LA, this hotel was recommended by some Polish tourists, and I decided to go for it. We stayed there for three days, before moving to another location on our agenda. The room, facilities, and personnel were very nice and professional. Very close to Holywood Blv, a safe place, clean, good wifi. Nth to complain about. We did not take breakfast as we wanted to eat a bit later (time change of -9hs). I can recommend it to other visitors.

What I did like was Jacuzzi in my room was big strong jets , room was perfect . Coffee machine with pods, straws cups to go

What I didn't like was the surprise $100 deposit, and did not like $11 parking if your a guest there parking should be provided to unless you had 2 cars then I could see charging 2nd car parking. Check in seemed to take really long I must of stood 25 minutes waiting for another customer checking in.

We booked this property so as to not have to drive home after a show at the Hollywood Bowl. It’s extremely walkable to both the Hollywood Bowl and Hollywood itself. Room itself was small but very clean. My husband was bummed the pool was out of service but it wasn’t a deal breaker. What impressed me most was the staff. I needed to print a short document at the last minute for work and the front desk staff very graciously printed it for me on the spot. The waitress in the on site restaurant was also very friendly and provided great service the morning we checked out. I’d definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking for a place to rest after a show at the Hollywood Bowl, or looking to get in some sightseeing in Hollywood.

everything you could want in a hotel room, fridge, microwave, shower and hairdryer great, bed very comfortable, great big TV with good channels, pool decent with hot jacuzzi & also in a great location near Hollywood blvd. & special shout-out to Valencia (the male cleaner who finishes shift at 1am) for helping wash dirty white trainers & them coming out spotless..he’s a star ⭐️ overall a very good stay.

Location, price, parking, clean room, microwave, little fridge, coffee maker, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, vending machine, restaurants are near by, walk of fame is near. seven eleven, gas stations are near. Hollywood bowl is near.

If you stay two nights only the don’t do the housekeeping for the first night. I noticed the pool have dirt and leaves I did not use it.
