The staff was very nice and gave us great recommendations for our 3-night stay. It was such a great price and very close to Universal Studios. The room was clean and comfortable for our family of 5. Even though the other rooms are close by, we didn't hear any noise from the other rooms. They called me a couple of days pier to our stay and informed us that as long as we arrived before 5 pm we wouldn't need to check in at their other location. We would book with El Patio Inn again.
The parking space is small, but we didn't have a problem because it was cheaper to take an Uber to Universal Studios rather than our car so we didn't need to hassle with the parking situation, but we did see other guests struggling to get out.

Room was clean and the staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable. It's a no frills but clean and comfortable hotel for a short stay. You do have to check in at a different property but that is explained throughout the booking process. It was very close by and they do still have someone at the property to give you towels or whatever you may need until 7pm.
The parking was VERY tight for my big truck. The rooms are small.

Check in was smooth, and rooms were clean. And there were stores in walking distance. Renos pizza was great, because apparently other pizza places don't deliver in that area. But if you do stay in this hotel RENOS PIZZA is the way to go.
You had to register at a different location. Even though it was only 2 or 3 min away from actual hotel, the traffic was horrible

Everything there was great we went for our mini vacation no bed bugs or bugs of any type . was able to leave our valuables 300$ worth of Apple electronics there meanwhile i left throught the day my room was cleaned but nothing was touched or moved or took very tustworthy would highly recommend

The room I was given was facing the main st which is very nosey during peak hours and early morning commute
