Hôtel Cofortel

Everything was excellent. We stayed for the first time with extended family. Everyone was very pleased with the size of the room, staff, services, breakfast accommodation and timings, and everything else. Will highly recommend it to everyone. Excellent place to stay for business or for a family stay. Very peaceful environment. Prime location. So many food options available around the corner. Walmart, Marshall, Canadian Tire, pet store, Coras, Boston Pizza, McDonald's, gas station: everything is available within a 5 minute drive.

We love our stay at Hotel Cofortel. The staff was very nice & we had our car parking just behind the room. We could use the back door to access our which was so convenient. We loved the breakfast as well & the room was very comfortable & clean. The only thing we I would like to be changed is the current coffee machine in the front lobby being replaced with a coffee machine that accepts credit cards for payments. And it would be great to have a microwave in the queen bedroom as well even though it was available in the front lobby & staff helped us. Overall, it was a great experience & we would surely like to go back there.

Coin operated coffee machine in the front lobby & no microwave in the room. Also it would be nice to have a bar soap as well in the washroom in addition to the liquid one. These are not big issues for us though bec. overall it was great!

Large beds and rooms, large shower and ample free parking spaces. It is bit far from the tourist attractions, but it’s well worth your money compared to hotels in old quebec. The free breakfast is a plus and the cleanliness is superb as well. They also allowed us to do early check in at 1:30 PM which is really nice after a long drive.

The breakfast could use some improvement by adding some more protein like bacon, sausages. The gym would also benefit to have free weights and larger space

I lied the bog bathroom, the fact that there were any towels to use, the breakfast which was satisfying and the gym that my kids liked. I also like the relatively quiet AC and the cleanliness of the place in general.

The hotel is very far from the center. It says it's only 11 m away and that may be true but if you want to visit any attractions in the old town, take into account you are looking at a 20-25 minute drive. It was disappointing that the hotel had no pool, although they did say that on booking

Room is clean, we can park and go out just in front of thr room if we choose the rooms at the ground floor, which is amazing. The staff is patient and kind, the frige was not working, the staff checked and changed the room for me. The location is good, there are lots of supermarkets nearby.

The types of breakfast are limited, no hot food like bacon, fried eggs or sausage....

Really enjoyed our stay at Cofortel! Rooms were spotless (really apparent that it was recently renovated), beds were very comfortable with a choice of pillows (firm and soft). TV was equipped with Chromecast, so it was definitely a bonus casting some movies from my phone directly to the TV to end off the night. WIFI connection was fast. The shower had a nice rainfall shower head which felt great. The included breakfast was a nice bonus to start off the morning, typical continental breakfast. Conveniently located near stores and only 20 minutes away from Old Quebec. Great staff as well, will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

I was thoroughly impressed by my stay at Cofortel Property. The comfortable and well-designed rooms made me feel right at home. The attentive staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. And let's talk about the breakfast – it was absolutely delicious! The variety of options, from fresh fruits to warm pastries, was a delightful way to start the day. I can confidently say that Cofortel exceeded my expectations in every way possible.

Liked the polite, positive and competent staff. The hotel is modern with good size room, bathroom and shower. Inside scent of the hotel was very pleasant- fresh and welcoming (other hotels smell old, moldy, still have cigarette smoke from years ago, etc). Room was clean and bed sheets crisp and clean. The fact that there was breakfast included as well as very close proximity to many restaurants was a great plus.

The fact that train tracks were right behind the hotel was a little disappointing. In addition, it would have been nice to have some warm breakfast items offered (ie. scrambelled eggs and meats).

Arrived early and were allowed to check in since there were a couple of rooms available. Really appreciated that after our over night flight. Facilities were top notch and Continental breakfast was great. Located beside La Cage which is a very popular high end pub where we ate our suppers. Hotel was also near the airport. Just great.

We did not book a longer stay here. Would be nice to return here some day.

Breakfast was awesome! There was a large grill for crescents and bread as well as commercial toaster. I made grill cheese, tasty. Lots of carbs (5 types of muffins, beagles, several types of bread), great coffee, fruit cocktail, boiled eggs, milk and juice. Bus stop right out front.

We stayed for a week and making bed changing sheets was not always done when asking desk, clerk said every 2 or 3 days. Asking maid worked out well.
