the closest MTR is Tai Wo Hao is close 7 min walk but it’s not very convenient. there is fights of stairs to the street and only 1 lift to the street level or foot bridge. Most of the time there is a queue. If you’re mobility difficulty or traveling with pram it will just take time.

The Panda theme is adorable. The room size is very spacious for a family of four, plenty of space to move around and for our luggage. And even has a space for lounging (sofa and coffee table). There is a mini fridge, kettle and mugs/cups for coffee/tea. Also has a hairdryer. The staff are very attentive, bottles of water are provided at all times and when requested. Basic toiletries are provided, and towels are changed regularly or as requested. It is very convenient as it's sitting on top of a mall so we have everything else we need downstairs. On our last day, we found out that the bus stop to the airport was just downstairs too. That made for a smooth transfer straight to the airport Overall a great experience for a family of four.

Arriving at the hotel, I was immediately captivated by the welcoming ambiance of the reception area. To my delight, I discovered that my accommodation had been upgraded to the executive floor, setting the stage for a delightful five-night stay. Throughout my visit, the staff at the reception, housekeeping, and gym consistently demonstrated their obliging nature, remarkable helpfulness, and unwavering friendliness. Their warm greetings and respectful demeanor significantly contributed to the overall positive atmosphere of the hotel. Housekeeping kept the room very clean and tidy. The room itself was spacious, with two large king singles, a comfortable sitting area, a well-appointed desk, and a thoughtfully designed ensuite featuring a bath. The thoughtful room setup played a key role in ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. While the hotel is situated away from the bustling main cities of Hong Kong and Kowloon, the direct MTR line provided seamless connectivity. Tsuen Wan, the local town, offered a charming environment with all the essential amenities, from markets and diverse food options to bakeries and excellent coffee spots. The local Jockey Club Park Chinese garden proved to be a delightful stop, adding to the overall charm of the area. Notably, the hotel is conveniently located above restaurants, a shopping center, and a supermarket. The gym, well-equipped with a diverse range of cardio equipment, weight machines, and free weights, provided everything needed for a comprehensive workout. The immaculate bathroom amenities, coupled with the sauna and steam room, enhanced the overall wellness facilities. Access to the pool and sun area, conveniently adjacent to the gym, added an extra layer of relaxation to the experience. Getting to the hotel from the airport was a breeze, thanks to the A31 bus stopping directly in front. Overall, my stay at the hotel was a seamless blend of comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality.

It was disappointing that the seasonal pool closed prematurely in early November, especially considering the lingering warmth that would have made for a pleasant swim. Despite the hotel's popularity, I observed that certain common hallways bore signs of aging, displaying a somewhat dated aesthetic. Addressing these areas with aesthetic updates would significantly improve the overall ambiance of the establishment.

In good location. Easy to find meals, supermarket, MTR, bus stop around the area.

- Need more tissue in the unit. - The staff didn’t clean the plate and utensil properly after being used. - A lot of water drop to the floor beside the bathtub. - Clean the room just once in every 2 days. - Need more variation in breakfast. Almost the same everyday.

Quadruple room very spacious; comfortable bed; bottled water replaced everyday including the coffee, tea and sugar in sachet and toiletries; everyday made up the room when we came back after day tour, room is clean organize; Hotel is sorrounded by shops & restaurants; at the ground floor there is Starbucks, KFC, 7Eleven and many more; also McDo is also 3 minute walk from the hotel MTR station is 5-10 minutes from the hotel Fast check-in and check-out

location was good with two tran station nearby (10 mins walk)

check in was horrible. then when check out i see tour group repacking stuff in lobby, no one stop them. when we did the same the staff was like "can u guys repack somewhere else?" like what wrong using the lobby to repack? it was empty and we in a corner that does not even block anything.

The room overall is ok. The bed is comfortable and room is very spacious. Staff and room cleaner very professional.

It has a mild cigarette smell when we first open the door. The bathroom has mildew build along the edge of bathtub and tiles. TV color faded.

Everything is in the complex Restaurants, supermarkets and Drug stores, convenient store Very accommodating

Our room is not very clean They can do a better job It’s unable to control the Thermostat and heating system

Location is very good, and the food in the restaurant on the 30th Floor is excellent. Very convenient to get public transportation.

Cleanliness of the bathroom and room carpet, the room does not smell nice.

The staff are very good

I stayed in a room next to the fire exit, and every night i smell the smoke in the room. I guess that might be someone smoking at the fire exit. The carpet floor is not properly cleaned.
