Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West

I stayed at both Tower 1 and Tower 2 Tower 1 - room is spacious but decor is dated and has a kind of musty smell. Bed linen has stain on the skirting. Bedding is not comfortable. Need to fix lighting - too dark even with all the lights on. Overall value for money and staff including house keeping are friendly & helpful. Tower 2 - I extended my stay at Nina Tower 2 and loved it. Room is well appointed, comfortable and clean. House keeping staff are very polite and when if cleaning time not suitable they are very accommodating for alternative time. Amenities are well replaced every day and room is spotless after house keeping been. SO thank you for the staff on 69th floor. Excellent customer services and keep up the good work. I will definitely coming back next time and stay at Tower 2 - worth spending the extra money for more comfortable bedding, better decor and harbor view. Love the circular shape shower cubical facing harbor view and Tower 2 has separate bath tub.

The only complaint that I have is no power point in the bathroom to plug in for hair dryer. There is a mirror in the room but no power point nearby neither so guest cannot blow dry hair in front of a mirror which is odd.

I always come back to Nina, the staff are very helpful and responsive, the room itself is very spacious and comfortable and the location of the hotel is excellent, with shops and restaurants near by.

Aircon is a bit outdated

Location - there is a direct bus from the airport and to HZMB, connected malls walkway to MTR, and many restaurants. Room - spacious for HK accomodations

- Overall Room is Comfortable and clean - Check in was easy and fast - Really nice Gym and open space at 9th Floor - The staff are Friendly, accommodating and fast respond - Location is superb. Close to several shopping center all connected by the bridge. Various kind of shopping places and restaurant. Moreover, it is connected through Nina Mall to MTR Station and Bus Station. Overall I think it is a great place with great value.

- The room is not soundproof. We can hear noise from the hallway and sometime from other room if they're shouting. - The bathroom may need a little renewal

Our second stay in 3 months at Nina TW. Love the convenience of accessing multiple malls and shops and even the local market. View was great from the 72nd floor. We opted for a larger room which was sufficient for our 8 night stay. Bathroom facilities were good and cleaning staff were very polite and considerate to our needs as a family of 4 (extra water, bedding etc). Access to MTR via the malls is very convenient.

Movement outside our room would trigger the sensor light at the door which would wake us. Waiting for elevators could take some time as there are many guests at any one time

Location and facility is good.

Check in time too long. Took one hour to queue up. please improve the check in procedures. e.g. request guest to provide details online prior. seperate credit or cash payment guests

Stayed 9 nights in tower 2.and.liked the area. Good view. Comfortable and firm bed. Connects to 5 local mall from OP Nina, CityWalk AEON to Tsuen Wan Plaza. Easy commuting with public transport from Nina Tower Bus Terminal and close by MTR station. 2 public parks. Promenade by tej strait nearby has long track for jogging and biking.

Lobby sometime full with tour groups, some dusty in hidden area such as under the bed and furniture although in general very clean.

They give us an automated upgrade with a corner seaview room , very large and enjoyed our stay

When we checked in we had to waiting for so long due to early landed in hk, receptionist Eric was very helpful and asked me to wait for half an hour, a room will be ready, but when we returned to reception after half hour, Eric was not available, so I spoke to another lady receptionist, she wasn’t trying to help even though I told her Eric said a room is ready for us in half hour . She insisted said I needed to wait until 3pm. I then waited Eric until he is free, and I got a very nice room straight away .

Seaview room magneficient, good view to wake up to every morning, i stayed on 67th floor, quiet. Hardware of the hotel very good, deco nice. Researche that hotel opened in 2006. Location with lots of eateries and shops. Clientele during my stay from China mainly and tour, rooms booked up quickly, staff managed to find good room for us. Extension of extra night counter staff also keep same room for us. Drop key check out convenient. 41st floor lobby view also good and plenty seating for resting.

Lift quite busy, need to take two rounds to get to our floor. Outdoor swimming pool unfortunately was closed during our stay.

Hotel room was super clean. I’m so impressed with the super prompt service by the staff. When I call to request for cutlery, drinking water etc they are so quick in responding. Good location. 3mins walk to the MTR station. 25mins to town by train. 20 mins by car to airport. Shoppings malls are well connected to the hotel. We took 2 two rooms. Both the rooms were on 66th floor and the view overlooking the mountains were so beautiful. I’ll definitely will be going back to the stay in this hotel on my next visit to Hong Kong. Kudos to the excellent service by the staff.
