The location of this hotel is superb as it is conveniently close to both the metro and bus stops. The room itself, although compact, is cozy and well-equipped with a table and chair for working on a laptop, a wardrobe, and a safe. Additionally, the hotel staff provided two bottles of water and tea which were always stocked in the room, adding a nice touch of hospitality. The room cleaning service is also commendable, ensuring that the room is kept tidy and welcoming throughout the stay. Guests can also benefit from the air purifier in both the room and the corridor, which adds an extra layer of comfort and cleanliness. Furthermore, the carpets on the floor of the corridor help to reduce noise, ensuring a peaceful stay. Overall, I found that the room was well-soundproofed, allowing for a good night's rest without any disturbances. The combination of thoughtful amenities and a peaceful environment make for an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Location, cleanliness and super helpful staff, shout out to Eddy the FOH manager, he always spoke to me by my name (great personal touch) and went out his way to ensure I had the strongest internet connection as I had two video interviews back in London. He even checked on me half way through to ensure the experience was perfect. Thumbs up Eddy. Staff all round were super helpful and had a great level of English.

Rooms need a little update, and pillows desperately need protective covers as mins was single covered and was a little stained. Fed this back and they welcomes the feedback. Other than, great little hotel, very clean, ideal location to Olympic Station (4 mins walk)

Good location, 5 mins from the Olympic station and there are a lot of restaurants. Nice and kind staff. I also like the night view from my room.

There is not enough space for 2 suitcases even if the room is for 2.

it will be better if we can hv 4 single beds

Location wise is accessible to transportations and near food store if you opted to eat outside.

Small rooms but bearable.

The location and the room are great. All the staff were amazing! After check out and leaving Hong Kong, I check my email and I received an email notify I left cash in the room safe locker. Yes, I forgot to take my cash when I left. This is no small amount. No one from the hotel took it away. I didn't notify the hotel that I left something behind. I really completely forgot .The hotel contacted me proactively. I am very grateful. I have never encountered such a wonderful hotel in Hong Kong. This hotel will become the hotel I must choose when I go to Hong Kong. thank you.

Room was clean, staff were responsive and helpful. Check in and check out was quick and hassle free. Luggage keeping and shuttle services were convenient. Location was good. There were 2 main bus stops nearby, a taxi stop in front, and roughly a 10-minute walk from Olympic station and 15-minute walk from Mongkok station. There are a lot of options for food (restos, convenience stores, take out shops, fruit stands, etc) in the area.

Elevators were quite inconvenient. Only two in the entire hotel and during hours of 10AM onwards or 7PM onwards, it would get quite slow and crowded and we'd need to typically let 2-3 turns go before we can actually ride. There weren't water bottles provided, however, there was a water refilling station on other floors - which would be convenient if there weren't such bottlenecks on the elevators as mentioned above.

Great location with lots of delicious restaurants nearby, McDonalds across the road and lots of convenience stores around. Staff were very helpful and always willing to help with umbrellas (it was very wet), luggage, and having international adaptors sent to our room. The shuttle was fantastic and we used it a lot. Housekeeping was great and always kept our tea topped up.

Room was a bit small but expected. Bathroom was dark and cramped and the tiles were a bit old. No cutlery provided. Distance between the sink and tap was too far and it made water pool around the basin.

The location is great - next to two lines of the MTR that are only 5 and 10 minute walk away. The free shuttle is also super helpful to get to/from the Airport Express at Kowloon. The staff were really friendly and were always quick at replying to our queries - we really liked that you could just message on WhatsApp. They also give you a glass refillable water bottle in your room to use whilst in the hotel which was a nice green touch. There is also a candy bar each evening which was a nice touch to the stay (even as an adult!). Showers are super powerful as well which was a bonus.

Rooms are a lot smaller than they look on the pictures. That being said and knowing about the space issue in HK, the size was plenty big enough for sleeping and getting ready as we were out all day and in the evenings anyway.

Very good hotel in the Mong Kok area, close to plenty of restaurants and shops. It is not in the glitzy area of the city, so it is especially suitable for those who are interested in the local atmosphere of everyday people going on with their lives. The metro is 10-15 minutes walk away, depending on the staton. Three very big shopping malls are 10 minutes walk away. There is a taxi stand right outside the hotel door. Bus stops are very close by too. The room was quite small but not tiny, although it could be a bit uncomfortable for heavy built people. Would check availability here if returning to HK.

The pillows were a bit too soft, and only one per person was available.
