The price
So disappointing.. they asked me to check in jordan but full.then they asked me again to go other branch...i book 1 week before.. The place is stayed was in mirador .bedsheet didn't change.. cigarette's smell . Other rooms are so noisy ,

I was supposed to get a deluxe extra large bed but I wasn’t provided that cz I was told all other rooms are occupied. room given to me was small and washroom too small. for a big man like me, I could hardly fit in.

I think Booking.com have to delist this fake hotel. This is absolutely a bad bad fake hotel. All of the picture on there website are fake. Finally I didn't sleep in this "hotel". I went to the "hotel" around 9:00 AM and found that the hotel real name is different from the name online. except the address is true all others are cheating. I realized this is an underground "hotel". I contacted the agent and told him that I don't want to stay because everything is fake.

these guys are scammers! I wish I could upload a picture for the room they offered, I just run away without taking any pictures - no window, room is literally 3x2m. bed, toilet + shower tap. dodgy area around. not safe to be there even for short time, staying for night even dangerous! pictures are not real!

Everything. Don't stay here if you don't want to ruin your trip. This cannot be classified as hotel and needs to be delisted. I had to wait for more than 1 hour for the reception guy to show up, and then was offered a different room in another location. Room is dirty, smelly, no wifi, no hot water, no control for A/C, lots of cockroaches, water stuck in the toilet - told the owner to fix but nothing solved. Had to move out after one night stay. Worst experience ever!

The address in the email is wrong, pillows have dirts, the room is very old & dirty, no windows, nothing valuable, it's the worst experience i ever had, so regreted to book it
