Location was good, not the first time here. Near my Favourite supper spot.

Lots of mainland tourists and the hotel’s soundproofing wasn’t exactly on point. Could hear the next door Chinese tourists talking loudly 2am in the morning.

Nice location although bit hard to get around the area with kids and prams. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had. Really friendly helpful staff who communicated well throughout the whole booking.

Gym was under maintenance.

Super location, you can get there by airport shuttle bus. A lot of local foods restaurants are just around it.

Somehow the look & feel, the room decoration looks a little bit “not modern”

- Room was spacious, clean, and had a bathtub - Good selection of amenities - Just a few minutes walk to a metro station and the Nathan Road - Restaurants and shops were everywhere around the hotel. Supermarkets nearby. - Comfortable bed - Helpful staff

I was a bit scared when the emergency phone in the bathroom started to ring all of a sudden. It was from a room cleaning staff asking me if I needed a room cleaning. I hoped they would’ve used the normal phone instead. But really there was nothing I didn’t like about this hotel. I will come back with my partner next time ^^

We were travelling with 3 generations so having the connecting rooms was fantastically convenient. Location was excellent for food options, so even though we did not have hotel breakfast, there was lots to choose from the little eateries all around. MTR was short walk away along with many malls. Decor and furniture was tasteful and well thought out, all in good working order.

I suggest to do away with all the little toiletries in the bathroom unless requested for. everything else is excellent.

please be fair to deal the customer whatever positions and status in life! not bcus we are helper youll put us in the last room that i guess nobody will goin to stay longer there! it was a boring room and last room! i stayed for 3nights and four days! i paid fairly for the offered room! and please tell ahead that need to deposit 500$ each night so that your customer can prepare cash on hand!!!

Great location and a friendly atmosphere of good service.

Some of the facilities were still closed due to covid and social distancing.

The concierge staff was attentive and helpful.

Front office agents including the operators were not hospitable.

We were delighted with our room as we were upgraded. The room was quite large - a studio-type with the bedroom able to be made separate by a sliding door. There were two toilets! The decor was stylish and the furniture comfortable. The coffee machine and complimentary Nespresso pods were much appreciated. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The location was great for shopping, walking to the Star Ferry and for access to Angel Ave to watch the light show. The breakfast buffet was very satisfying.
