Prudential Hotel

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast is a buffet style. There is choice of fruits, noodles, rice, meat, eggs, good espresso. However If you normally do not eat big breakfast or you find it expensive (about 10 Euro/pp), there are several bakeries around the hotel where you can get a coffee and croissant or pastries. The location is very good. The hotels is located next to MTR (Jordan station), but it is also on a walking distance from waterfront.

Usually hotels' beds comes with two pillows per person - one thinner/ softer and another thicker/ firmer etc. The bed in our room was very soft and it came with 2 firm and thick pillows per person. None of us could use the thick pillows, so we ended up sleeping without pillows.

The hotel is ideally close to shops and restaurants and right next to Jordan MRT (Metro) on the Tsuen Wan Line (Red). You can easily walk from the Prduesnetial to Tsim Sha Tsui, the next metro station, with many shops en route and malls. The Prudential is set inside a mall with various restaurants and vendors. There is a bus stop right outside the place. You will find a money changer next to the hotel's side entrance. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

The room was generally comfortable and clean but could do with some renovation. The bed was ok but could be better. The buffet breakfast was disappointing, so I did not try it.

we just want to spend a night for New Year's Eve to watch fireworks show. the location is very convenient to the place where we went around .the room is big enough for us relaxing. I am appreciative that they upgraded us to the Executive room. the elevators are efficiency.

The hotel it seems doing fix or upgrade .the public area looks not neat. the luggage area let me feel mess and crowd, people work here can be more friendly .The bed is comfortable ,but the pillows are awful . I required for soft and lower pillows, but they don't provided. The pillows are short and hard as for decoration .

Great location n the staff across the board and all age groups. From experienced staff to younger members of the group. All very helpful.

1) The lift security system is frustratingly archaic. All riders having a hard time sliding the key into the slot to allow floor to be pressed. 2) The shower stall is partially covered, resulting in water dripping all over the floor in a puddle. This is an accident waiting to happen with an unnecessary lawsuit to follow. This causes the floor mat to be soaked n housekeeping to constantly changing, then washing, these towels. 3) The room lighting is terrible. A left over remnant of the 90s. Most room lights today are bedside operated. These instead requires manual operation at the 3 stations.

The property is clean and well-maintained. It may be far from the touristy-locations but it is veryvery convenient for tourists--especially families--because it is right beside the MTR. So you can just ride the MTR to weherever you need to be. Staff may have a bit of difficulty with english but they are aproachable and helpful.

We had the breakfast buffet teice and no longer bothered on our 3rd dat because the selection is quite limited and it was the same food for the 2 days already. Maybe you can alternate menus so that guests can experience variety.

We love the location of the hotel since its near the MTR station and near to most of the fastfood that we usually go to.

This is our 2nd time to booked at the hotel. First was before pandemic December 2019. I wished there is a ramp that is not to steep so that we do not need to carry the baggage to the 1st floor. And easy access to the elevator from 1st floor going to 2nd floor or 1st floor going directly to the room assignment that we do not need the ask permission everytime we use it.

Place is clean and not over crowded. Well managed and good security. House keeping was very responsive to requests. Check in and out was easy except the girl who checked us in speaks minimal English. It was all sorted out with the colleaque's help in the end.

Water pressure in bathroom is weak. Room cleaning service is only once in 3 days. Air-condition is noisy despite the control available in room. Toilettries provided are short and thrifty.

Location is good for MRT (Jordan) easily to go anywhere and also Bus is so many to reach many place even we can walk to the detitanations as we planed.

Elevator for Baggage as we have to carry pass to narrow escalator to check in & out it's not convenience. Bed is very soft should be a bit hard it will be better

1. The location is very convenient. Near the train station and bus stops. 2. You can leave your baggage before and after check in/out. 3. Most of the staff know how to speak English 4. Near convenience store (7/11)

1. The hotel card is not responsive in the elevator. 2. The pillow is too soft. Not suitable for people who are used to memory foam pillows

I do like the location.

I don't like their room became smaller than before, And the beds are not comfortable like before, carpet kind of old and not too clean? Don't like their shower room only half glass door cover , so , the water will spread out to the washroom Floor every where gets wet during the shower .
