The hotel was clean and well maintained. It is located in a very quite and not crowded neighborhood. It adjacent to the Kowloon public Library. It's kind of a new establishment. Cecille the concierge staff she was the most accommodating and helpful.

On our 2nd to 4th night of stay the bed are not being made by the house keeping. The coffee are not refilled. The location is not good for elderly customers, it's a bit far from Mong Kok and Yau Ma Tei MTR station (approximately 1km away). And the walking path is up hill going to the hotel. Restaurant are also far from the hotel.

10 mins to Yau Ma Ti. simplicity, clean floors. Bigger space than many hotel rooms on HK Island

The location is super, it's not in a tourist place so the cost of items are realistic. :food, laundry, bank, shops are all close by. The metro station Mongkok East is a central line to the new territory and Hong Kong. It was a very pleasant stay and the bed was very comfortable. It's very quiet in our room. No traffic sound from outside and the WiFi is great. There is a storage facility of which we need at 20hkd a day. I would stay here again - highly recommended.

I live locally but it's not the first time I booked this hotel when I had to attend an online course overseas that required stable Internet connection and a quiet space. It didn't disappoint.

I'd hope guests could have the choice to switch off the air-conditioning if they want to. It may be just me being stupid but I didn't seem to be able to find a way to do it. The temperature actually should be comfy if I were there to relax and rest. I could adjust the temperature but it's still too cold for me for an overnight zoom meeting.

Convenient location. Close to restaurants, supermarket and bus stops connected to Mongkok and TST. Most guests are solo travelers, the hotel is quiet and perfect for rest. The electric kettle is a great asset to the room. The renovation is new, Fridge is brand new and very cold. The ventilation is great and the shower water pressure is very good. The bed is very firm which I like most. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Hong Kong again.

No restaurants is opened onsite. No gym, drop off can be hard as there is parking space at the front of the hotel. Could be hard to get a taxi as it is a residential area at certain times.

The room was really big and spacious as for Hong Kong, clean, bright, comfy bed. The checkout is at 12 which is nice, they also have a free luggage storage, convenient.

The location was not ideal, 15min walk to the closest mrt and if you're walking for 15min up the hill in HK heat it's far from pleasant. I didn't have the chance to pick a double bed even though I was staying alone so there was an empty bed in my room just taking up the space.

Very clean room. For a unit in Hong Kong, i considered the size is acceptable for 1-2 travellers in a room. But the bedding is high for an Asian, i literally need to hop on to the bed. Commuting by bus is fairly easy from hotel location, but will need to walk about 10 minutes to reach the nearest East Mongkok station. Would stay there again

staffs are efficent, nice, prepared the room key for your check in. Room depends on your luck, I have stayed two times there, one is very small another one is nice. I dont complain since I dont pay much. Its a good deal if you compare with other 4 stars hotel in hong kong. Good for ladies since its only for female and i dont have to worry security and "cleaningness" issues.

my first time the room is very small cant even place my luggage, some of the room face construction very noisy cant concentrade for work. ( I booked it for online meeting, work, so I always stay in room during day time, if you are travellers not gonna stay in room during day time its not a problem at all. )

Good room for single traveller.

I was charged HKD 500 as a deposit at the time of checkin but I was told that the deposit refund process takes 2-3 weeks, so I could not not use this amount for next few days of travel.
