It is among industrial buildings but conveniently located near major bus / minibus and MTR stations. It’s within walking distance to Kwai Chung plaza which worths a visit or more. Though it’s a bit of walking through alleys but it’s very safe. The staff are young but very professional. They provide bottled water and box tissues.

The washroom is so small that you may not be able to close the door.

For such price this hotel is very nice. It is really not so far from the center: it takes 20-30 minutes on metro to get to the center, depending on where you’re heading. It takes 5-7 minutes to get to the metro from the hotel. If you get your room not lower than 10th floor, the view will be pretty interesting!

Our room was pretty small so that we even couldn’t leave our bags opened as there would be no free space to move. There also were no shelves nor wardrobe. The air conditioner seemed to ignore the temperature or mode we tried to set, because it was as cold with +18 setup as with +28 setup.

I was very impressed, having read previous reviews I was a little wary but honestly I had an excellent stay. The staff were very kind, lent an umbrella also when it was raining. The room was spacious and it had a view, I wasn’t expecting so much space as I know hotel rooms in Hong Kong are small. Powerful shower, also so quiet! It’s about a 10minute stroll to the mtr station and there’s a bus stop 1 minute walk away from the hotel, which has a fab bus service so I tended to get the bus whenever I wanted to go out. The room was very clean also. Thank you, really made my stay in Hong Kong special! I will be back!

More water provided in the room, bottled water was really tiny!

Be carefull, very small room. To get out of one bed we had to climb over the other (as we had two big suitcase 🙄). The cleanliness cut be better. BUT I would not know how I could clean better in such a narrow place/room. For our complete stay, 7 nights, the second elevator was on "maintenance" (or to safe energy? 🤔). Not nice when there guests on over 20 floors 😑

The room is quite good than averages and worth the money. I like Kwai Fong location, there are many affordable, clean, tasty restaurants in Kwai Fong area. If you want to experience very local lifestyle, food, I recommend you to stay in this area.// I suggest the superior room as the room is bigger and there is a mini fridge in the room.

Actually, nothing. But, for others they may care about the street outside the hotel. By the way, I don't mind. I think I am alright and definitely I will choose to stay here again when I will be back in HK.

Very comfy beds , really good powerful shower. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and water left each day. Very close to a shopping centre and metro which made travelling around hong kong very easy. Hotel staff also allowed us to leave our bags after check out.

The room is small for the price you pay but i suppose this is expected due to hong kong normal room sizes

Clean hotel and very professional looking, felt like top tier accommodation. The shower and toilet are separated which makes it easy to share. It was decently priced for what we got. And the best part was that they lent us adaptors for our gadgets free of charge, it saved us big time hassle. Thank you for that.

Location is still quite the distance from the train/bus station, may be hard for families with kids or elders but for a group of young adults it was a good walk.

Great beds, good showers, excellent air conditioning. The rooms are large enough for one person or a couple, but no more. Located 5 minutes away from the local MTR station which is 30 minutes away from the city centre in Kowloon.

The room floors could be cleaned much better. Soundproofing is subpar so you will hear your neighbours taking a shower or talking well. The hotel is located in the middle of an industrial area, so do not expect exciting views.
