The Breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly, especially the lady who took care of breakfast. She was amazing and so kind! I was glad to have coffee available throughout the day.
The Google maps info is incorrect. A local shuttle is not provided. We were told breakfast was until 10, but it wasn't. They said it was written on the paper they gave me with the keys, but it wasn't. The bathroom door in my room 215 was warped by water damage. Rooms are not automatically cleaned every day. It's an inconvenience to have to request it. It should be done anyway and new towels provided. One night there was not enough parking and we had to go to the Joe's Crab shack parking lot.

The breakfast options were great! My family appreciated the varity of hot and cold options. fresh fruits, hot and cold cereal and grab and go options as well. All around a great breakfast! The property was centrally located to resturants, shopping and both family friendly and adult entertainment.
Early check-in was not an option. After a long drive, it would have been great to be able to check in an hour early. Other than the indviduals at the front desk and the empoyee running the breakfast no one else I interacted with could speak english.

The employees were up beat, friendly,sociable, helpful and professional. My son has a D.A.D service animal and I appreciate the staff never once making us feel uncomfortable, like we have experienced from other hotels. My son and I really enjoyed our stay & will come again!!;)
One of the male housekeepers made a statement To one of the Guest Telling her "dangers you have a lot of food on your plate" (complimentary breakfast ) she looked embarrassed and I felt embarrassed for her. ~she said "Im getting food for my kids" ~ he responded asking "they can't get-up-and-get their own food?" ~she finally was annoyed and yelled at him saying "they are babies and they're still asleep" My opinion I just thought it was rude of him to call her out like that I didn't feel like that was his place

breakfast was great, and kept fresh even though there were several kids’ soccer teams staying there!
Carpet in the room was yucky, wore socks all the time because it just felt gross. Someone had apparently kept a dog in the bathroom at some point because there were many scratch marks on the door and wall near the floor. Rooms could stand some updating.

Very convenient to RoundRock & surrounding areas. Clean & comfortable. When we had a small maintenance need they had someone in the room immediately to repair the issue and offered to give us a different room. The lobby was very nice and we were able to have some guests there. Breakfast was good and Shelia was there to help guests. She is phenomenal and makes mornings enjoyable with joyful personality.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was fresh and there was a good variety to meet anyone's needs. The complimentary bottles of water upon arrival were a very nice touch in this Texas heat. Thank you!
The A/C in the room was loud and was cold near the unit but didn't cool the entire room very well. The sheets had a few long hairs in them before I had slept in them.

DESK STAFF - was very welcoming at check in and check out. The morning kitchen staff was great. I believe one of the ladies name was Shelia, she was very nice to my wife and I as we ate our breakfast. And was very helpful.
I don't really have anything negative to say. All was well with our stay. Nothing I was very un-liking of, that would give me something negative to say.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and smelled good. The breakfast was great; several options that really hit the spot. I'm going to mention the complimentary strawberry-lemonade flavored water because it was so refreshing in this hot weather and available 24/7.
I can't think of any negative things that affected my stay. I consider it a great value for the price I paid (but I did book it through a 3rd party).

Love this location!! The lobby is bright and fully stocked with a wonderful breakfast and the staff are so nice. With comfortable beds and wifi, I can wrap up what I need to and relax when I’m in town.
The only challenge I have is the TV..it is running live cable and I’ve not had that in a while so I typically just watch my streaming sources on my computer. The only other tiny challenge is that there isn’t an ice maker on every floor so I have to go hunt for one. Other than that..perfect experience.

great people are working here! one of the best experiences at hotel stay. definitely recommend! they are providing all toiletries you need to feel yourself comfortable. breakfasts were great. like regular hotel provide, but much-much better! different toppings to waffles and porridge, juices, tea/coffee. everything was clean. personal working there is a gem! thank you everybody for great experience!
