My family and I had to find a hotel because we had no electricity due to the winter storm. All the newer hotels in my area were booked up, so I ended up booking a room at Sleep Inn. I was scared that it would be a dump even with the good reviews. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel is for the price. The double room was big enough to fit my family of 5 comfortably. There was a microwave and mini fridge, which we needed because this was an unexpected expense so we brought our own food from home. The room was pretty clean, at an excellent location, and was quiet. The breakfast was decent.

They really need to replace the mattresses and pillows. The mattress was so hard that there was no way I could get comfortable. You can feel the springs. The pillows were flat and very small. I would have needed 10 of them just to be equal to 3 regular pillows. We didn't get in the pool but I did take a look at it and the water looks extremely murky. I wouldn't have allowed my kids to swim in that.

The hotel still has a full service breakfast bacon egg sausage waffles with juice and coffee. The staff was very friendly and nice. The pool says that it closes at 10:00 p.m. but they let us stay until 12:00 a.m. There was a nice little variety of items you could purchase from downstairs. The room came with a mini fridge and microwave which is always a plus.

The hotel only comes around every 3 days of your stay to get your used laundry. I have three kids so these are a hot commodity around my camp especially if the kids go swimming and shower afterwards. We booked a room with double queen beds but I'm pretty sure they were full size because we had a hard time fitting with myself husband and two-year-old.

The front desk staff was great. The appearance of the entire hotel was clean and super comforting . The bed was so comfortable and the water pressure was excellent! The breakfast was great! Especially post pandemic it was nice sitting at tables with strangers having morning conversations.

The pool and jacuzzi area was a little disappointing. The water in the pool was warm in an already super muggy pool room. And the water was kinda grouse. Looks like they could benefit from draining, power washing the liner and refill. Also the pool towels where the size of a large hand towel. Im a small woman and it was too small for me! The king room had a stand in shower, nit a tub. Which I was looking forward too.

I liked the property because it was always mainted and well kept upon arrival we were greeted and checked into our room quickly. From going up stairs and you look to your left and there’s is a pool jacuzzi( with a safe 9 people limit) washer and dryer and fitness room. Once we got upstairs to our room it was spotless. We went back downstairs to the beautiful lobby to grab our luggage and was immediately asked if our room was ok . We loved it! We stayed to nights and the lobby was spacious and breakfast was great

The exceptional Customer Service and great facilities! Everything from the Lobby, Fitness Room, Pool Area and the Rooms were well maintained clean!

The Water pressure was low and hot water Temperature was very slow in the showers and sinks causing un-necessary water waste.

this is the only hotel I’ve been to since Covid that still serves the full hot breakfast. eggs, bacon, sausage, all of it!! there’s a little mini snack store by the front desk and if you forget anything, they are very accommodating.

the walk in shower was very nice but I didn’t bring shower shoes and the floor felt a little slimy.

Very clean smelled clean. Whole hotel was clean. Pillows were excellent. Breakfast was good. Staff had hard time keeping up with the amount of people. Driveways were weird. People were driving in the exit sign and exiting the enter. Just need a sign for drive way

Hotel staff who speak Spanish should be aware that some white people speak Spanish. Tall guy in kitchen in the morning saying the fat one is here. I am fat but not that fat.

This establishment is nice, clean and staffed with nice people. For me, the location of this Inn served me very well. I did not have to contend with the high volume traffic of Austin and still enjoy the mass selection of shops and restaurants. Thank you for keeping good standards.

Since the Covid pandemic we all must make changes even if we don't feel the restrictions are all necessary. It will be nice when the gym and pool are open again. Hope we don't have to get used to the down-graded breakfast.
