great location, lots of good parking, nicely decorated

balcony really wasn’t usually. lots of bugs, but I’d say that’s just normal for the area. no view from room really.

Location and stunning view! Great food

The comforters on bed were absolutely filthy dirty along with corners, sprinklers and the usual dust bunnies... but the comforters were disgusting The hot tub was right next to the slide so as an adult who wants to relax in a hot tub I was constantly being splashed by the kids from the water slide. Poor design

love the cozy atmosphere and facilities, the pool was awesome as well as the views from any room

the smaller slide at the pool was closed for repairs and it was so drafty in our room. it made a HORRIBLE whistling noise that kept us up during the night and every time you open the door to go out it would slam right behind you

The breakfast was absolutely amazing! My family is still talking about how we miss it while at home. The staff was so kind and attentive. The view of the mountains while eating breakfast every morning was top notch. The food in general at the restaurant was fantastic. We ate a few different meals and even ordered a pizza and wings to the room and it was so good every time. We loved the firefly bar as well. It was nice to grab a drink or two and have the fireplaces inside and outside. The hotel was decorated beautiful for the holidays and the free trolly into town really topped off everything. Absolutely wonderful! Our daughter thought the trolly was the coolest! The hotel is close to all things downtown, but off the beaten path up in the mountain. The room with Mountain View was absolutely stunning. The view alone was worth every Penny.

The cleaning wasn’t the greatest. The room definitely could have used a better clean between each guest.

The view and atmosphere

Dog poop and cigarette butts everywhere on outside of property. Also got in elevator with dog poop.

The pool. Elevators are super cool too.

You can't walk to anything in town. You must drive.

I loved the complimentary cookies! Absolutely loved that touch! I loved the convenient pool hours from 6:00am until midnight! With our busy schedule (AAU basketball tournaments) we were able to still enjoy the pool even after getting in late! My kids live for swimming so this was perfect for us! Multiple pools, water slides…you can’t beat it! I loved the king size beds, and how spacious the room was! We can’t wait to come back! We are staying here again!

Breakfast not included. I think for the cost of the stay, breakfast should be included, but I certainly understand I guess.

Mostly everything

Only thing we didn't like was how crowded it was. There were absolutely no parking spots available. Everyone was making their own. My wife who is actively taking chemotherapy had to walk a considerable distance. Also the hot tub was very overcrowded and my little girls and I couldn't fit in at any given time. However we loved this resort. Will stay again.

The staff was so friendly, accomodating and very customer service-oriented. Especially Marina at the bar and Kelvin and Irina in the restaurant. We ate there four times! The room was very quiet and you never had to wait long for an elevator, unlike other properties I have visited. We loved the comfy lobby area where we visited with some relatives staying near by. The firepit was so much fun! We were able to check in early. Thank you for being pet friendly and for the extra dog treats!

Some of the furniture in the room was really banged up and could use a freshening up. And you really need to bump up your wine selections.
