Marshall's Creek Rest Motel

The location was close to the strip an easy walk. It was quiet. The cabin feel of the rooms. The ability to park in front of your room. Customer Service was A1! Perfect for our family of 3.

The fact that we should have spent the whole time here nstead of that expensive chain hotel.

This motel is quaint and charming in the middle of the high-rise condos of Gatlinburg. The location is convenient, close to Great Smoky Mountain National Park and even closer to Gatlinburg shopping. I love that it is right next to a creek and has tables and seating to enjoy the outdoors. The decor is old-style with wood and quilts, but the rooms have been nicely updated. I always look for a microwave and refrigerator, and these rooms have both.

Marshall’s Creek Rest was a fantastic place to stay on our weekend trip to Gatlinburg! Friendly owners, super clean & cute rooms, and within walking distance to the strip. We loved it and will definitely be back!

Our room was cozy and charming. Everything was spotlessly clean. Rates are very reasonable. Comfortably within walking distance of downtown. We will definitely be back.

The wi-fi was a little slow.

Great local, nice pool, friendly accommodating owners and staff and super clean. Adorable place to stay

Wasn’t use of using an old key and actually left it in the door one night. My husband laughed and laughed in the morning. Our wood door wasn’t the most secure any way with two single pain windows but the place seem pretty safe.

Clean, comfortable, assigned parking, good location.

Mini-split unit was loud while space conditioning.

This was our second stay. The location is ideal for walking to the strip, and the property is very clean and accommodating.

The location of the motel was great. Short walking distance to the main street in Gatlinburg. The room was very clean and housekeeping came in every day. Also, you park right outside the room.

Room was small but we were out most of the time. Heat is from a window unit in the room so the bathroom was cold first thing in the morning. Walls are very thin if your neighbors are talking, they will wake you up in the morning. It wasn't the room we booked (description said it had a fireplace) but that was fine. These are small cons; the room is very clean which is of most importance to me.

It was very peaceful, relaxing and clean. We really enjoyed sitting under tree in the swing and chairs. Everything was great.

There wasn't any issues that I found. It met my expectations

The cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in, the room was quite spacious. Quite neighborhood away from the business of the town traffic but still within walking distance. Super cute!
