Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Gatlinburg

Great location, rooms were clean, staff was friendly, it was quiet at night so we got good sleep , parking was good also. They have bed bug covers on the mattresses which took a load off my mind.

No microwaves in the rooms, the beds aren't comfy and the wifi kept kicking me off , not the greatest, the girl at check in was too busy on her phone (with it on speaker to where we could here the conversation ) when we arrived to tell me anything about our room location or where anything was in the place, we had to go back in and ask her which way it was and closest place to park to it.

location hands down best for the price. short walk down to the middle of the strip.

Great location at a decent price. Good view of the Space Needle and the Sky Lift. The staff we did see were nice.

This hotel could use a few updates and some maintenance in the room we stayed in. The mini fridge in our room wasn't exactly clean and the toilet seat in our bathroom needed to be replaced. Other than that is was a great value and awesome location and was walking distance to it all.

I thought it was supposed to have a free breakfast, but I was only shown coffee.

It was clean and convenient.

I was charged 60 dollars extra for a breakfast that they said was included to all guests by booking. The staff was not polite when checking in or during our stay.

Cost, location, nighttime front desk staff, comfortable bed.

1) Unwashed sheets had blood from prior guest on them. 2) NOT kidding, chairs in breakfast room were sitting, FEET down, on top of the tables and GUESTS had to pull down chairs, slide out the tables, then wipe down tables while day staff sat silently on her ass doing nothing! 3) More modern charging ports/methods for phones would be helpful.

We loved that the hotel is so close to everything. The location is wonderful. We also liked our room. It was the perfect size for my husband and I.

There wasn't really anything we didn't like about our stay. I guess the only thing I can think of would be that the elevator is slow. That's really not that bad tho. Definitely not something to keep us from returning.

Great location right in the middle of the city. It makes it so convenient to walk to all the main attractions in downtown Gatlinburg. The hotel was nice and staff was pleasant. we arrived early and they got us our parking pass to go ahead and park and enjoy the city while they were still preparing our room. Very good and cold mini fridge in our fridge room. This was our second stay and we will definitely stay here again.

The shower part of the bathroom is older and the water doesn’t come out well to rinse your hair. Also wish there was a coffee maker in the room but hey do have free coffee in the lobby so.

We have stayed in 10+ hotels in the Gatlinburg/pigeon forge area, but this is by far our favorite. Ever since our first stay here we haven’t been anywhere else. The rooms are all big spacious suites and the hotel is close distance to everything. The hotel is also one of the cheapest in town.

Staff was friendly and the location was perfect. Great value for the money! The room was clean enough and served its purpose to be close to all the action!

Hotel could use a little repair, updates. For example some drywall damage and just basic upgrades. I c9uld tell the bedding was clean even though there were some stains that didnt come out in the wash.
