the pool and hot tub were nice

doors to outside don't lock, was given key to room other ppl already occupied, staff at bar said my 14 & 15 year old couldn't be in the bar playing pool or at all while there was another child that was in the bar the entire time w were there. although these things happened still a great stay at

Breakfast was adequate. Wish there had been some fruit & yogurt to make a more nutritional meal. The front staff were sooo helpful, pleasant & deserve a raise. Bed was very comfortable.

There was an issue with lack of cold water just prior to our departure but staff was going to look into it.

Swimming pool was convenient and spacious, staff was very friendly and the hotel itself was easy to maneuver from going to the front desk or the bar to your room or the pool and there were plenty of doors to access the hotel so you could park and walk in close to your room so it was nice.

Was a bit difficult to find at first mostly because I’m not from around the area but once found it was easy to get back to which made it nice since it wasn’t far from many places like the mall or restaurants let’s just say it’s a hidden diamond in the rough (;

I liked the hot breakfast. I am glad a quick meal was offered before I got my day started. The restraunt's food smelled amazing, I didn't eat there but it did sound busy.

I wish there would have been 4 pillows on my king bed. :) Not a huge deal breaker. I was a little bummed the pool was down for maint. but i understand.

Breakfast was amazing, The dayshift front worker was amazing with helping us i cant remember her name but skinny blonde! She listened to our concerns and took action! The guy serving breakfast deserves a pat on the back!

the parking lot is in need of repaying. The lot at the back feels like a place for garbage bins to be kept. I find it quite dark, hallways and rooms. Neefs some paint to brighten up.

Pool signs had different opening hrs. Sign by the gate said opens at 8 AM and the one on the far wall it said it opens at 9 AM.

I like the ability to book poolside rooms online. The rooms have always been clean and very comfortable and the staff is always super friendly.

That bc of the ongoing pandemic the hotel soesnt offer continental breakfasts anymore but its is also nice that they r looking out for all ppl and still offer a breakfast in a bag option.

I loved the Room was clean and the breakfast was great.

I was there for 3 days i didn't see any maintenance around except when we was leaving...

this is always our go to for our stay in forks mostly for the awesome pool side

we had dirty towels left in our room and it didn’t look like housekeeping cleaned it before we arrived
