Location was perfect! Stacey did the most to ensure we had a great time. We were a larger group travelling for a sports team and she accommodated our needs with patience and kindness.
Our shower was not draining, took a whole night to drain after taking a shower. Partner had to shower in the morning due to this, was a bit inconvenient.

Room 225 was a really good location, a bit removed from the main hallway, so we had a very quiet night. Our room was vey clean, with a comfortable king size bed, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, desk and upholstered chair. I prefer rooms with laminate flooring, but this carpet felt clean and fresh. Breakfast was very good, with some hot items.

Our bathroom sink had a dysfunctional plug, that wouldn't stay open on its own. Was going to mention to staff, but forgot to.very

Exactly what I expected.
Not enough staff, felt bad for those who were working hard, advised they are trying to hire. One cleaning person for entire hotel. We went into 3 rooms at check in at the first 2 had not yet been cleaned and the computer was updated that they had been.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good and warm. Assisted in getting me settled in and even gave me a coupon for $ off at Texas Roadhouse...Which was also fabulous. I will stay here more when in town. Location is great for many shopping and eating and even Gospel Outreach Church.

Good selection of breakfast items including eggs, sausages and waffles. Pool was open 7 to 11 which was nice.
Rooms had a musty humid smell but I think that's inevitable in the hot weather and with the pool below.

The breakfast was amazing. Lots of options for the entire family. That it was walking distance to many restaurants and shopping.
We weren't able to get adjoining rooms, even though we put in a request. The unfortunate thing was I never got a response to the request on bookings.com

Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Could have kept up with the main items for the breakfast a little bit more with demand.
Air conditioners were a little on the slow and finicky side. Could be upgraded to wall thermostats and work a bit better.

The hotel was quite and I was able to get a great night sleep.
The Door to the room had been pried open in the past, the bathroom venlator sounded as if it was trying to launch into outer space, and there were small stains on ceiling from water damage in past. Their system makes it hard to find a Booking.com reservation. I did not like that my card was charged before I even arrived.
