Breakfast was fantastic! Bed was super comfortable. Shuttle was clean, driver was super friendly, and I didn't wait more than 5 minutes. 24 hour beverages and fruit were nice too. I would stay there again.
I was bummed out that the hot tub was not working because I was really looking forward to it. The staff was friendly, but a couple of them kind of made me feel like I was inconveniencing them when I asked a question.

Convenient location to the airport and shuttle. They are having staffing problems and cannot run the shuttle 24/7 But that did not affect us personally.
It is a nice property however they have a small canteen where you should be able to buy snacks, lite meals, etc. and this would be very useful for people coming in, as many of the guests do from inbound flights which arrive after restaurants are closed. However they have virtually nothing for sale. Their inventory was entirely depleted except for ice cream and a few candy bars and chips. This is a mistake because it would be a great convenience and frankly a revenue source for them. There is no Covid excuse not to have those items stocked because they’re available in the grocery store.

The staff was great, I was having a little trouble checking in when we got there but I was patient and let her do her job and we got checked in, the hotel transportation people were great and had great attitudes
I was a little disappointed that the jacuzzi wasn't working and I felt the hot breakfast could've been cooked a little better but my overall stay was great

The staff was extremely friendly, especially the manager. They ensured to check in to see how things were going and attempted to address all issues.
Toilets need to be better cleaned, there was urine stains on different parts of the toilet upon checking in from the first night.

We were happy for the location ample parking as we drive in a private vehicle Our rooms we’re close together unfortunately the elevators divided us.
I requested king beds and we got queens which was a poor explanation on the booking sites.

Really nice hotel, very comfortable overall. The Breakfast was really good bed was comfortable.
The room was quite warm and we could not adjust the temperature at all. Even with putting the fan on and turning the heat down to 65 degree's it never changed.
