Love this hotel! The gm was amazing and really was accommodating! The rooms were absolutely perfect. Big! All the amenities you could ask for in a room! We stayed two nights, came from out of town. Will definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again! Loved it!!

Room was comfy & clean, just what I needed to relax😊. The regular heating system worked great during winter as it can get a little chilly with the 1 inch gap under front door.

1)The kitchen sink & garbage disposal(if there was one) did not work properly. Sink had a slow drain so it stopped up quickly, which caused me not to cook during my stay🙃 2)Didnt knw i was supposed to be given a log for fireplace as no one gave me one when i chkd in, so i wasn't able to enjoy fireplace during my winter stay, which was the main reason i ordered this particular room, besides it having a kitchen to cook in😩

Stuff Kitchen Good design.

We booked the large room. The reception's staff said it was being renovated and we got a smaller one. We was 4, but there were sheets for 2 of us only. I had to go to the reception and pick it up myself. In the kitchen everything was just for 2 - 2 forks, 2 plates. It was uncomfortable. Very loud fridge. At night, the fire system in the room went off, the children got scared. Thereisn't any transfer from airport.

Stayed here for an early flight out the next morning. Quiet location close to many restaurants and a 10 min drive to the airport. Room is very spacious, equipped with kitchen, fireplace. Staff friendly and check in/out was quick and easy.

Smell of cigarette smoke in the room, but overall room was very clean.

For less than the cost of a so-so hotel room in the MSP zone, this place offers lovely fully-equipped apartments with full kitchens, separate bedrooms, and even fireplaces.

We learned that the property is in transition. It will not be available for overnight or short-term stays in the future.

The front desk team were pleasant and displayed great customer service even prior to us arriving. The other guest on the property were pleasant and were respecting the policies as well which is important whenever traveling - other unpleasant guest can ruin a excellent property's reputation. The rooms were perfect for our family of 8 and the courtyards were well lit with staff present 24 hours. We will be back and hopefully the pool is open but if not we will enjoy the nice fire pit on the property 😊

Only issue was the pool being closed and no breakfast, maybe update your booking listing so your guest are aware prior to arrival but we understood the concerns due to covid.

Roomy and the beds were the best.

The faucet was broke off in the 2nd vanity and when I tried to call the front desk for over an hour, no one answered. The breakfast was poor. Coffee, bottled water, pop tarts, yogurt and packaged fruit cup. The siding on the buildings were mildew and needed to be power washed.

The staff and the guest were all so nice. My unit was so great for me visiting my grandchildren. I was able to host and entertain with no problems. I loved my unit lots of space and plenty of beds. My grandchildren loved the pool and basketball court. Quiet and beautiful location with plenty of shopping within distance.

The location was very convenient. The room was nice. We enjoyed the bed after sleeping on an air mattress for a week at my sisters.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke and we did not like that. Our breakfast came in a bag, the breakfast sandwich wasn’t bad but the rest left a bit to be desired.

The two bedroom loft was perfect size for my family of 4. Every room had a flat screen tv. I wish I would have brought my fire sticks. (The tv channels are limited). The kitchen was clean and had the basic needs.

The wifi internet was hard to connect to for the kids tablets. The telephone lines were not operational. You couldn't get a dial tone. I replugged in the cord to the jack still didn't work. Soni never could reach front desk about our issues. Overall nice stay. I would visit again.
