Comfy bed! Nice room. Great view over the Minnesota River Valley. Location across the street from the Wildlife Refuge hiking trail and visitor center. (Hidden away!) Close to Mall of America, IKEA (for meatballs!) and airport, but away from the busy streets, noise, and activity. Big parking lot.
Pool room wasn't open to just walk in and look, sit. (It's beautiful with glass ceiling partial, but could only look through the door's window unless we asked the staff.)

Two pretty minor things: the mattress was a little too firm for me, and the toilet was extremely loud while the tank was refilling - if someone uses it in the middle of the night, you’re probably going to wake up

When we flew in, I needed to know if we could still catch the last shuttle of the day from the airport to the hotel. Despite calling EIGHT times from the airport, NOBODY ever answered the phone at the hotel. The hotel clerk was busy checking people in, as many flights had been delayed or cancelled, because of weather, so not answering the phone was NOT his fault. You guys need to have SOMEONE to answer these quick calls---it was a huge dissatisfier. We ended up spending an extra $21 on a cab to get to the hotel, which did NOT make me happy.

I loved the Pure system used, I felt comfortable with my 9 month old Grandbaby visiting.
1- I was unhappy that it took 3 trys to get an omelette. I ordered an omelette with American cheese ( received cheddar) It was returned to the kitchen ( I received the same omelette with American cheese on top ( I again returned for the third time) unacceptable! I wasn't unhappy with the room, I expected more.

The bar opened at 5 and we went in and had some some drinks ordered food. Tariq was fantastic! The food was excellent and a good value.
We booked here because we were told we could leave our car in the lot from Monday to Thursday and would be shuttled to the airport. When we checked in we were told there wasn't room for us to leave our car. We offered to pay extra but were told there wasn't any exceptions.

The bed was super comfy, the staff were friendly, and the interior was beautiful.
Tv only showed a list of channels scrolling down as if it was a video clip of the possible channels. I could not watch anything on tv so I had to keep myself intertained using my phone.

Beautiful inside when you walk in. Everyone was friendly.
The restaurant/bar area is not open during the day. With being so close to the airport having an open bar during the day would be a great idea for people coming in or getting ready to leave.

Disappointed that daily housekeeping was not offered (due to COVID concerns)- I don’t think this is a concern anymore and the absence of this essential hotel service should be at least reflected in the pricing rather than an excuse at a time when pricing is being increased

Room was spacious and comfortable - bathroom well lit, shuttle timely and operator friendly and professional
Problem with sink and bathtub not draining properly - a call to the front desk brought 2 staff and the problem was fixed quickly
