Well kept property. Clean. A very nice and helpful woman at check in.

There was a very rude man working the front desk who was saying bad things about my wife as I approached the desk. When I confronted him about what he was saying and correcting him he only became more irate. I will be talking to management about this employee.

The rooms were tidy and smelled vaguely of cinnamon. Very pleasant. We didn’t interact with a lot of staff but folks we did encounter were nice.

The baseboards need to be cleaned and a couple of the walls could use a proper wiping down as well. While the kitchenette was nice, including basic plastic ware and sugar/powdered creamers to go with the provided coffee would have been great.

We love staying here when we visit our daughter it is so close to her home

The price we payed could have been cheaper considering we were next to a mechanical and it was noisy. Just wondering if I am getting my points for staying there and how it works. I have never really understood how that works

Location was good; room had plenty of room.

No breakfast. Drain was leaking in the bathroom sink but was fixed immediately. Bar in the bathtub had a loose piece.

Property was clean! Front staff was available & helpful. Housekeeping was on top of their jobs, very grateful for that 😃 Major Kudos to Housekeeping Staff!!!

3 people on our reservation and 1shampoo, 1conditioner, 1lotion, 2washclothes, 1handtowel, 2bathtowels. Honestly, it was very simple and easy to ask & receive what we needed, but... I don't want to feel or made to feel greedy asking for what we needed. The less luggage to move around & the better for me to keep track of

Breakfast was great. The employees were very nice and friendly. They were very happy to help and provide anything we needed. Great area off lobby to relax/hangout.

Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The room smelled like dogs. We asked for a new room and staff was very accommodating and immediately moved us. The second room was much better!
