Location is perfect near to Lincoln Rd and Ocean Drive ,beach is just at the back of the hotel . Rooms suite and bathrooms are large enough but needs some updating. Staff are nice and helpful . The smell in the hotel lobby rooms hallway was great .

I booked for ocean view suite and We got is Pool view and so the next morning I complained and when Melvin from hotel called To check our stay I mention it and they moved us to Penthouse ocean view suite on the third night , I don’t know if this is a misunderstanding between booking.com and sagamore hotel The bathroom in Rm 310, the pool view suite , the first one we got needs to update the shower, half of the water is coming from shower head and half from bath tub faucet , I mention it to front desk so they can fixed it, My expectation was high because rooms are expensive that’s why I was just a bit disappointed.

Hotel location is amazing as it's close to all restaurants/bars and has beach access. The swimming pool/Cabana area is beautiful and the main bartender MICKEY is AMAZING!!!! He made sure that we had a great time and never made us wait for our orders. Mickey managed to serve over 100 people by himself and his service, attitude and professionalism were 10/10.

The rooms were okay but not worth the price. The floor carpets were very old, damaged and in desperate need of a replacement. The elevators were extremely slow. Room amenities were not the best.

1. Room 214 AC Unit Was Loud When Turned On. 2. Bathroom Sink Faucet Spattering Water On Cloths, And Creates Water On Floor, Which Caused A Slippery Floor. 3. Second Night Stay, Room Smoke Detector Battery Beeping Alarm Needed To Be Changed. Could Not Sleep Due To Noise. Went To Front Desk To Ask For New Battery, None Were Found. As A Guest, I Had To Leave My Room To Go Find And Purchase A 9Volt B At The Corner Store Walgreens To Change The Battery Myself Which Was The Remedy! The Following Day The Guest Services Manager, Was Kind Enough To Accommodate Our Stay By Offering A Complimentary Amenity We Enjoyed Very Much!

Fabulous location for walking around but also the beach. I also enjoyed the artwork and decor of the hotel.

Tipping on top of tipping which is 20% as standard but that's just Miami and as a Brit off putting. We had a large room but no view and the staff weren't bothered when we made enquiries about other rooms. The interaction went from being warm to frosty like we had a cheek asking. The room was set up a bit like a studio with a worktop and bar stools. It had a microwave and fridge and coffee maker with mugs. It would have been nice to have had some cutlery and a couple of plates.

Stunning pool (loved the playlist too!), large rooms, easy access to the beach, beautiful beach, super cute interior decor and art, friendly and welcoming staff (especially our bellhop Delroy!), super walkable location. I also loved the free filtered water stations throughout the hotel. The pool food was surprisingly tasty and fresh. Also the hotel staff were so kind and sweet to our 3 year old daughter :) Overall, it was very kid and adult friendly.

The front desk staff were not knowledgeable about any of the daily events offered by the hotel itself (e.g. beach yoga, 4th of July festivities) and seemed reluctant to help. Our hotel room interior was not aesthetically pleasing and had a terrible view. Next time I would spend more on a room with a better view. I appreciated the compostable single use items but it would be very cool to see the hotel offer an actual compost bin. There is a lot of room for the hotel to incorporate simple sustainability measures.

Luis at the front desk was fantastic. There was another lady that was at front desk who helped me change rooms and was very helpful and very nice. All staff were great! Unlike many other hotels in that area where staff are rude and unresponsive. Loved the artwork all around the place.

I was originally in room 612 and the air conditioner fan/vent was so loud I couldn't sleep the first night and moved to another room for the second night. The pillows were wayyyyy too big and lumpy. I slept with no pillow and used one of the towels folded up instead. I didn't like that the beach "closed" at 5:30. It should be open until at least sunset. I didn't like paying $20 for a glass of wine in a plastic cup that was only about 5 sips. I bought my own alcohol after that and went elsewhere for drinks and food so I never ate there. When I left to go to the airport they called a very expensive private taxi for me instead of a private taxi. It was almost $90 for my ride to the airport!!!

Smelt lovely walking in. Pool was great, cold water available there. Beach right outside. Close to Lincoln road mall. Market place for food on the corner. Free pool table to use. exercise classes. Great staff. GREAT CLEANERS!!! Depending who you got but they tidied pretty much everything. Was great for when we had no time to clean up after our baby and came back to it all clean.

Would’ve been good if they included breakfast. Would’ve also been good to include more wellness classes each day.

The best staff I have seen (I have Marriott Lifetime Platinum status, stayed in hundreds of hotels) from receptionists to porters and beach attendants, comfortable and very clean rooms with every amnesty needed, beautiful art and decoration in the common areas. Location is excellent directly connected to Venetian, very close to Lincoln road and convention center and great cafe and restaurants around, still can walk to Ocean Drive if that is your thing. Food was surprisingly good and reasonably priced. This side of Miami Beach is very wide, great for running on the beach as well as the views.

Charging the hotel guests $25 an umbrella on the beach is weird. 2 beach chairs are provided but not the umbrella and Miami hotels generally provide better beach chairs, these were pretty basic mesh ones. The gym is very small, didn’t matter to us but still. Pool area was a bit cramped from what I have seen.

Everything. From the check in up the checkout. Very pleasent and positive experience after some traumatising experiences in otehr o Hotels in South Beach.

If I have to make one remark it would be about the parfume constantly diffuse in the public areas. It is unnecessary, very unhealthy and made worse my breathing issues. Also it is an endocrine distruptor. I don’t understand why this choice and I heard other clients complaining about it in the elevator . Cleanliness does not need parfumes or chemical deodorants
