Hotel location is excellent, few steps from restaurants, drugstores, shops, liquor stores. One block from Lincoln Rd.. Also one block from the beach, where chairs and umbrella are offered free of charge. Beach/Pool towels provided. Staff are extremely attentive, helpful, friendly, can´t praise enough. Bedrooms are good-sized, new bed-linen and plenty of pillows. Free bottles of water available at reception. Valet service at US$ 42 + taxes/night.

Bedroom was very cold, and A/C in room is not adjustable; I had it shut down, but when window is open, the ventilalation system outside is very noisy (room 322). Small breakfast room.

Everything was according to the positive reviews. Very clean, the stuff were sweet and proactive. The courtyard was lovely and relaxing. My only complaint is that the type of sound insulation is poor therefore we hear: voices, steps from the unconsidered people, in the middle of the night. Some neighbors are noisy. Other than that was very good experience. Ahh bring your pillow

The noisy prople: 2am walking ‘on my head’ like nothing. The front desk could ‘educate’ people and suggest silence at certain time. Because there are more people with no clue of respect.

Location fantastic, a few blocks from the beach. Close to renowned hotels such as Delano, Sagamore, Ritz Carlyon and Loews. Walking distance from Ocean Drive. Nice pool with comfortable chairs. Staff friendly, specially Claudio. Room towels changed every day. Free towels for the swimming pool. Free towels, umbrellas and chairs in the beach. Access to beach via Lincoln Road, the very same access used by Ritz Carlton guests. Free cookies at front desk 24/7. Safety vault in the room. Good price if you compare to competitors.

I enjoy everything, every moment.

The hotel staff was wonderful, room was clean and bed was really comfortable. It was quieter than i would have expected given the location which was nice. The breakfast was also a nice perk.

The area is really rowdy. It’s nice that we were so close to the beach and we had chairs and umbrellas and it was so easy. But to get there we had to walk through the craziness of Lincoln road, so will probably go more north next time. Also, the pool was quite small.

This is a great hotel! Very friendly staff, always ready to help. We arrived well before check-in, but we were immediately allowed to use the pool and sunbeds on the beach while we waited. Everything was clean in the room, it was very quiet, there were special curtains that closed from sunlight. And we slept great! Cleaning every day. Great pool (it's not big, but not small). I would recommend this hotel

The downside is that there are 4 sunbeds near the pool and not a single sun umbrella. My son and I are very white and we had to hide in the shade on the chairs. And so I wanted to lie down on a sunbed, and hide behind an umbrella

Property was clean and location was perfect. I want to mention an outstanding service from a front desk night shift employee named Michelle, she gave us all the information we should of gotten at time of check in and provide us with what we needed for a comfort stay in.

Not been apologize from manager for an extra charge at the time of my check in, however the refund was quick by the customer service employee. I was not inform hotel provided beach towels, umbrella and chairs at time of check in; had to find out until later that night by night front desk employee.

Friendly and helpful staff! They are Definitely following Covid protocols. You’ll need to wear your mask while indoors.The pool area was amazing, great design. It’s a decent size and quiet during the day. The patio area behind the pool is a Great place to have quiet lunch or work. (They have strong Wi-Fi) The lobby was beautiful and so was front porch. Have your breakfast in the front, so you can people watch. VERY short walk to the beach, you are literally set-up near the Ritz, just look for the yellow and White houses on the beach. VERY close to Lincoln Road and walking distance to a ton of food options with a 24-hour Walgreens on the corner. Short and cheap Uber rides to the Art Deco district. Also, don’t miss Rosetta Bakery down the block. (Have the apricot croissant!) Honestly, this will be my go to place to stay in Miami Beach! My sister and I had an absolute blast and Can’t wait to come back next year. I definitely recommend for a girls trip or even a solo trip.

Please note: This is an older hotel with modern updates. Keep in mind that the hotel is on collins so there will be some residual street noise on the weekend. Walls are little thin but call the front desk if your neighbors are too loud. The Mattresses are a bit thin and the bathroom shower was a bit tiny. Make sure you tell the front desk to have your room cleaned because the staff did not clean the room for two days. Not sure if the housekeeping staff saw the service please sign. BUT THIS PLACE STILL GIVES YOU A BANG FOR YOUR BUCK! Don’t miss out

Very clean, Friendly staff, amazing location, nice pool. Breakfast in the morning was lovely despite the COVID restrictions. They also have a valet service for the car which was great considering parking is a nightmare.

The rooms are a little dated and could do with some updating and the beds were ridiculously soft. Apart from that we had a great stay there and would certainly recommend.

We loved the decor and lobby bar. The location was great. It is an easy walk one block to the beach and a great walk to South Beach fun. The staff was very nice and helpful. We also liked the pool. It was small but very nice. The welcome Mojito was lovely. Our room was comfortable and clean. The shower was also very nice. There are three wonderful breakfast bakeries right next door.

Our room was on the first floor, and unfortunately, we could hear the loud air conditioning from the outside unit of the hotel next door. We could also hear lots of walking noise from the room above us. Just know with beautiful older buildings like this, you may want to be on the upper floors to have more quiet. We still really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is nice and everyone is very friendly.

Just some suggestions… I There needs to be updates to the rooms especially the bathroom. The toilet seat looked worn out and needs to be replaced. The lighting needs to change as well. The shower doors should have a towel rack or handle to hold washcloths and there should be a shelf inside the shower to hold toiletries instead of placing them on the floor. There also needs to be more outlets for guests who have multiple devices. Provide a usb strip instead of one usb outlet on the lamp and an extension cord behind the night stand.
