Front somber desk staff treated us as a nuisance. At all other IHGs we have stayed in, we were greeted pleasantly and our presence acknowledged with more than a “Yes? “. We were usually informed about IHG points, breakfast details and wi-fi. In this branch, they just give you the keys and direction to your room. Then when you ask questions, they pretend not to hear you or understand you; and when they finally respond, one of them actually ended up saying, “I heard you the first time”. I don’t think I’ll return to this franchise based on this unpleasant experience.

The location was great and the breakfast also was very good. The pool was very nice and plenty of sunbeds available. It was also great to be able to rent free of charge the chairs/umbrellas/towels for the beach. The beach was very close and easily reachable. Great laundry facility with fast machines and detergent available to purchase at reception which was really convenient. The room and bathroom were lovely and we were in the new building so it was all very up to date and comfortable. The room and bathroom were very spacious.

The breakfast was only on till 10 on weekends and 9.30 weekdays. While people were still eating the food was taken away and guests were upset and didn't finish eating yet. It should be left out until at least what was put out on the tables already could be finished as it can't even be reheated. Everything was cleared at 9.30 on the dot which every guest was shocked about and many left hungry. Also more shade should be provided at the pool as there are only 4 umbrellas on the tables in the corners and they were always occupied so I couldn't get shade at all by the pool for my 2 small children so we couldn't use the pool really during the day in hot hours.

The location is awesome! Probably less then 5 mins walking to the beach. Breakfast is is really decent

When we entered the room it was such a strong smell of a bleach - my throat and eyes were burning. I was almost ready to request a different room. I understand that’s extra disinfecting measures due to COVID, but still it’s not good to breathe the bleach fumes. We kept window wide open for a few hours, and the smell went away.

I liked the breakfast, there were omelets, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, yogurt, and juices. I especially appreciated the omelet options, as I really like being able to eat eggs as part of my breakfast. The walk to Juno beach was also convenient, as well as the proximity to stores in case you need anything.

I noticed a sign in the bathroom where you could get some essential toiletries for free from the front desk. When I asked the front desk for a razor, they were out. It's not really their fault, it was just inconvenient to go somewhere to get a razor.

Cleanliness, friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Breakfast was great all 4 mornings we we there. You can rent bikes (they had 3 when we were there with locks and helmets) and beach chairs, they also have towels for pool (not sure if you can use for beach or if they have beach towels we had our own, they were so nice,just ask). Restaurants within walking distance a cvs next door and easy walk to beach with very nice shaded entrance to beach. Rooms all had balconies, ours looked over parking lot (we were offered one overlooking pool though) it was very pretty and quiet. Whenever we are back in Juno this is where we will stay. Room was clean, beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. Hot showers and plenty of towels!

Loved the kind hospitality, the pool, the free hot breakfast, and the updated rooms.

The barn style door on the bathroom didn't feel private. The glass shower, though gorgeous, didn't allow others to share the bathroom at once like a curtain would have allowed. Maybe have a few "family" rooms with a shower curtain over the glass doors that way someone could wash their hands while another was in the shower, for example.

Super close to the beach. The name didn´t disappoint. Our room actually had ocean views. Great parking. Hote in general much larger than expected. Staff super friendly and helpful despite the whole resception being under construction. Amenities from Dove all the way - Loved that!

Better signage in the reception area would help to figure out the check in. But I guess that´s just temporary due to the constructions. Breakfast are was admidst the construction site. Went to a close-by café instead.

Everything was amazing from the check in, to Amanda at the front desk being very accomodating as we had a time difference in our flight. the housekeeping staff keeping the grounds nice and always asking if we needed anything. we used beach chairs for our beach day which was really nice.

the cost did not seem appropriate. it is honestly an average hotel and at roughly 250/ night the value is not really there. The pool is nice, but no hot tub.

the property was not the problem, I booked a king studio and I was bumped into a standard room with 2 double beds and told at arrival that one of the employees changed my room at 5am unbeknownst to me, and for whatever reason. I was told that the hotel was sold out and I would have to accept or basically sleep in my car until one of the managers could figure something out.
