We called earlier in the day to see if we could check in early, we spoke to Wolf who was extremely pleasant to work with, he assured me if a room became available, he would give me a call. When we got to the hotel, Wolf greeted us, and was super informative, our room still wasn’t ready, but he was accommodating and gave us a key card to access the pool. Within an hour of being here, we booked another stay three weeks out, Wolf was super kind and patient in helping us with that. Our experience with the entire staff was exceptional. Obviously we will be returning, and we cannot wait to do so. We are telling everyone thinking about coming to visit this area about this hotel!

This junior suite was spacious and well furnished. We had a large refrigerator-freezer, 2 electric burners and pots and pans, plus a microwave, dishes and utensils. The rest of the room consisted of a small living-dining area and a large king-sized bed which was extremely comfortable. The room and property are well maintained. You can ask for extra towels for the pool for example and the staff are helpful and efficient. Definitely a very good choice of hotel with restaurants within walking distance. The environment is calm.

The only thing that needs improvement is the complementary breakfast, which to be fair, offers a variety of breakfast foods: sweet cereals, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, hash browns and waffles. I would have liked some fresh fruits, plain yogurt or some cheeses for more variety and a lighter, healthier breakfast.. So I chose to make use of the fridge and eat my breakfast in my room.

The hotel staff are fantastic -special shout out to Christian & Wolf & sorry I didn't get the names of a couple of others. All of them always greeted me when I walked thru the lobby. Location was great for me because it was close to shops & restaurants & a short drive to go scuba diving. The bed & pillows were super comfortable. While I didn't mind my room others might because it is close to the elevator & on the first floor. I could hear the noise at first but then got use to it & didn't notice it. I am sure if I had asked they would have moved me if they had another room available. The room was called the "Executive Suite" but it is just the regular King Studio. Breakfast buffet was included & I thought the food tasted great & the coffee while not as strong as I like it was decent. Also one night they had a free dinner. Except for the full size refrigerator, I did not use the appliances in my room. Using your room key, there are many entrances into the hotel so wherever you parked there was one close. However, one night I did get back around midnight & there were only 2 spots left but if none there is parking in the mall area. I really liked this hotel.

Like so many hotels the shower only had a half glass & so water got onto the floor & the bathmat got wet. Not the hotels fault but cell service was non existent so I had to turn on Wifi calling. I also had poor reception driving down all of Donald Ross Road in both directions. I have T Mobile Cell service. Both of these not anything that would stop me from staying again.

The breakfast was great. The place was spotless clean. the food wonderful. You need to work on the coffee. Pretty bad and I am a big coffee drinker. The staff was outstanding and helpful in so many ways. We were there to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. Immediately the staff upgraded us to a suite. I have traveled all over the world and have never seen such a clean, neat, impressive hotel. We hope to go back. The clerk that checked us in, Brandon, was outstanding in customer service.

Everything was so good that it is hard to think of something i did not like. the only two minor things was maybe a better showerhead for the shower. Also the in-room coffee was really bad.

Wolf was very friendly and made us immediately feel at home!! The room was very wonderful, roomy, and clean. Everything smelled good and the bed was comfy. All the staff was very friendly. The price for the studio king was great. I loved being next to the shopping plaza & across from Publix. My son and I went to Sal’s for lasagna for dinner. I really liked the hallway and lobby lighting and decor. The room decor was nice, too!

I inquired about a longer stay because I have an opportunity to take a travel nursing job in the area. Housing is so expensive in the area that it really doesn’t end up paying to be a traveling nurse to help facilities out. I was hoping to find more affordable housing options & inquired with this hotel about long term stays for travel nurses. I wish they would offer some type of discount or specials (but don’t), but I understand if they do not have enough rooms etc to be able to offer such deals!

We arrived in the early afternoon, the very friendly associate at the front desk was able to check us into our room early. It was quiet on the grounds and secluded considering it’s in a prime location. The room was just as pictured, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good, a few hot items in addition to a normal continental breakfast. Upon checkout, I inquired about a discrepancy in our total charge and the front desk associate was able to correct it immediately.

This location is ideal. It’s mere minutes to I95 AND the beach! It’s across the street from Publix supermarket, gas station is conveniently located close by and a plethora of delicious restaurants nearby to choose from. The hotel is quietly situated among tall palm trees with pool and putting green. The accommodations are coastal modern, super clean and relaxing. We stayed in a king bedroom suite and it was a great, functional floor plan. It felt like home away from home. Last but not least, the ENTIRE staff were very friendly, always greeted us with a smile and did their very best to make us feel like valued guests. Thank you sincerely for a wonderful stay!

Lovely & clean hotel. Wolf at the reception desk was exceptional & very personable. Our room was clean & quiet, bed was super comfortable, breakfast was delicious and plenty to choose from. Parking was plenty and super nice to have a short walk to hotel. We will be back!

I would suggest an extra towel hook in the bathroom, close to the shower, to hang a second towel for convenience.

The suite was very comfortable, the kitchenette was well equipped. Was cleaned. The breakfast was nice, the personal was very nice and helpful, gym was very equipped as well and clean. The location was great, restaurants near by in walking distance, beach less than 10min, everything soo close by. There was not even 1 thing I didnt like was very pleased. The pool was nice and clean

Clean, friendly and convenient. Felt very comfortable from the beginning. Rooms definitely need a recliner instead of the chair. There’s already 2 straight back chairs for the kitchen and everyone loves to relax in a recliner at the end of the day
