The staff was more than accommodating and always had a smile. Breakfast was included in the stay and there was quite a variety of healthy selections. The location was excellent and you could walk to the beach and local restaurants. Hardly used the car.

I recommend NOT being assigned a room in the xx01 to xx03 range on any floor. These rooms are close to the elevator shaft and you can hear the elevator every time it is in use. I should have requested a room change but I figured I would be coming home late every evening and it wouldn't be in use. Not the case since they are renovating the building and it was running all hours in the early AM like 1:00 AM to 3:00 AM on 5/10/23. No construction noise just moving furniture I think.

The location is perfect. The rooms are great with full kitchens, which is so nice on extended visits. This trip, 5 days and still not long enough. Very easy to park under building, check in etc, is a snap. The price here is very good, compared to Seagate, where I used to always stay and cheaper than the Ray. Doesn’t have the large beautiful tubs the Seagate has but for the price, this is such a better deal. You save on valet costs and tips. Very easy to grab one of the many luggage carts that are available by parking. I just love it here. Collin and all staff , have always been very accommodating. I highly recommend Atlantic Suites.

Hallways are extremely hot. Not sure if that’s because they seem to be doing some major renovations. Hopefully it won’t be like many hotels where they put so much into them, fixing them up, then the rates go sky high. This is a nice hotel, not a Ritz Carlton and people like the old Florida feel. I, for one, love this end of Delray because it is like time stood still and it’s still quaint. I do not care for the cold feel of a contemporary hotel. Paint and a little fixing is always good, but if they glam it too much, I know it becomes too expensive for average people.

I thought the Breakfast was very good. Nice variety of breakfast foods and drinks. My room was nice and clean. Water pressure was also fine Pool was comfortable

They only had bacon 1 of the 4 days I had Breakfast. it would have been nice to have bacon daily insted of Sausage lLnks and Sausage Patty's every day except one day they had bacon and sausage patties. I would have enjoyed bacon and sausage Links Othrewaise a little more fresjh fruit intead of just one melon. or cantelope each day. Maybe a fresh fruit bowl with berries and melons.

GREAT ROOM, EVERYTHING WORKED AS EXPECTED. THE COFFEE MACHINE WAS AMAZING AND HAD A LARGE SELECTION OF COFFEE'S. THE ROOM WAS SPOTLESS AND A VERY COMFORTABLE BED. MY ROOM HAD A PARTAIL OCEAN VIEW (50%). THE LOCATION IS ON ATLANTIC AVE, WHICH IS CLOSE TO EVERYTHING. THE WINDOWS ARE IMPACT WHICH MADE THE ROOM VERY QUIET. EXCELLENT BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED. MY ONLY CAUTION IS THAT THE HOTEL IS UNDER RENNOVATION, SO MAKE SURE YOU'RE NOT ON A FLOOR WHERE CONSTRUCTION IS GOING ON. I WAS THERE ON A WEEKEND, SO NO ISSUES,

REALLY NOTHING

I love the location, I love a full kitchen and the ease of checking in, parking and it’s easy to bring your luggage up with the conveniently located luggage carts . Very quiet although they are remodeling and there is some construction noise at times but not enough to be bothersome . I love this place . I hope they don’t remodel too much and the rates go up to high to make it too expensive for average travelers. I have stayed there once a month for about 6 months.

Just the construction end of it

The breakfast buffet was excellent. The choices, the quality, and the length of time the buffet was open were all excellent. The location of the beach and the action along the avenue were perfect. I liked we had a full suite but did not take advantage of this on this trip but certainly would plan on doing so in the future.

At first, the room felt a little stale but that went away. The sink drain was very slow and needed to be cleaned. The room was a suite with a full kitchen. We did not cook or use the facilities this time but would plan to in the future.

The carpeting in our entry was not civeted by a threshold arm 309. Also reported that the hallway between 304 and 305 was raised and caused me to trip. This definitely needs to be replaced or fixed permanently and professionally. Otherwise, this will cause a liability and exposure to Marriott. Minor , but but had to pay for parking. My suggestion is people with four more night stay, park for free.

The breakfast was outstanding! It was well stocked and with several options. Selection for vegan and regular. We also appreciated the fully equipped kitchen in the room. Of course this adversely affected the size of the room but well worth it. The staff was appropriately friendly.

I really can't say that there was anything we didn't like. We would have liked having k-cups but that is just personal preference. Room could have had stronger lighting.

I loved the location of the Residence Inn. It is only a block away from the beach and it is located on the main thoroughfare in walking distance of all of the shopping, lounges and restaurants. The staff, particularly Debbie and Lovelee were the best and so very accommodating. My room had an ocean view with a balcony. The breakfast was fresh and the small market bar had just enough. This was my first stay there but I will be back.

That there was not a pool bar at the pool for quick snacks and drinks.

I loved the front desk representative her name is Lovely. I loved the accommodations. I loved the size of the suites. I loved the complimentary breakfast. They are super nice housekeepers.
