Price and location near downtown Walnut Creek. Easy checkout. Pleasant staff.
We provided a request through Booking.com that we needed a handicapped room for the 86-year-old senior I was traveling with. The Motel had no knowledge of our request. Unfortunately, they only had one handicapped 'Smoking Room' available which would not work for us. Sadly, she could not shower during our stay :( . Evidentially, the Motel 6 changed ownership the day prior to our arrival for which we were not notified of this from Booking.com. There was confusion when we checked in and they did not know that we had paid through Booking.com. We needed to provide the Motel with our Confirmation and Pin Number from Booking.com in order to verify that indeed we paid in advance.

This is my go-to place when I need a break from the construction occurring in our house. I have been there at least three times and plan to go back. I get the rest and quiet I need to recharge myself before I head back home.
The walls are not soundproof, so I could hear sounds from other rooms. Not a big deal. The reception desk computer took longer to reload than normal; however, Teresa, the front desk clerk, made the situation less frustrating by explaining what was happening.

I thought that the back of the hotel being burnt was weird and I'd like to be able to have access to the pool area but other than that all in all was a great day

good value, clean and the beds were comfortable. This was our second time at the hotel.The pool, patio and trees are very nice
no fridge in the room, many were using the ice machine and a plastic bag. the hotel is quite close to the freeway and a bit noisy

Two days in a row my card key was deactivated and I had to go to the office, show ID and get the card testored. I paid in advance for 3 nights, so that should not have happened.

I love how friendly all of staff are. Debbie is especially one of my favorites!!! Super sweet, always greets me by name and makes sure I have everything it is that I may need no matter what time of the hour !
There was nothing I did not like . Everything met my expectations.

The location is quiet, easy to find off the freeway, gas station and food places nearby
Couldn't figure out how to get the AC to work properly; all the instruction tabs were worn off

No coffee machine in the room, though there was coffee in the office in the morning; the rooms with a fridge and microwave were for extra charge.

I like all the staff as well as the location which is close to the Bart station. I always get great customer service clean rooms and a courtesy call to make sure everything is okay. Thank you for always making my stay special, and keep up the good work.
