The breakfast was amazing. I was a made-to-order omelette or french toast. They also had coffee, muffins, fruit, yogurt, cereals, oatmeals etc if you wanted something to grab and go. They also had complimentary happy hour where you got two free drinks plus sodas or Shirley Temples for the kiddos. I also liked that there were plenty of food options within walking distance. After driving for hours with kids in the car I did not want to load everyone up again to get dinner. Luckily I could just walk across the street and have several food options. Yay! With everything added together I felt like this hotel was a very good deal. I would stay again and/or recommend this hotel!

Spotless clean. Updated nice bathroom. Heater and AC worked. Bed and pillows were so comfortable! My kids loved the indoor pool because the water was heated. Walk in to a large living room space with couch, table, chair, large TV, microwave, and fridge Bedroom was separated which was a plus with another large TV. Breakfast buffet included.

No jacuzzi in the pool area.

We checked in late, so I asked the next morning for a late check out (not realizing it was already a noon checkout, compared to the usual 11 am) and the guy working at the front desk gave us a 2 PM check out at no charge! Definitely a pleasant surprise!

No complimentary coffee in the AM. The Starbucks across the street was cheaper than the hotels “Bistro”, which served Starbucks as well.

Super hard beds, although you can’t please everyone with the beds. Maybe make them a bit softer to please most as firm bed sleepers might only be an 1/8th of the population.

Responsive and Helpful staff

Though the circumstances are beyond management’s control, there was a point children were playing around. They prank on other people by knocking on their doors and run away before the door is answered (witnessed it) and were rowdy during their stay. I hope management has a way of monitoring every hallway and stairs to observe suspicious and inappropriate activities.

I like the convenience of having breakfast whatever I wanted I had an omelet every morning it was great the cook there was very very nice and polite and talkative and at night time we had complimentary drinks and the gentleman there at night time was very nice and friendly and an overall was a great day room was excellent

The room was absolutely perfect for our family. We have 3 kids that are 4, 9, and 12. That all slept very well. The room was very spacious. When we spent our last night there we went in a little earlier and it was perfect to relax and just get ready for our trip. The front desk was always helpful and very nice. By far a good place to stay with a family our size.

The room could have been a little more clean. The floors were a little dirty and there was an old muffin left in the couch so when opening the bed up it got everywhere. Not fun to clean up. The worst part was you have to pay $20 a day for parking in a parking lot that was literally right in front of the hotel front door.

Our room was large and very comfortable. As usual it is a suite which I love. I love having two rooms. They were back doing the hot breakfasts and cocktails in the afternoon which we always enjoy. It is a nice quite location, close to San Jose. I had the wrong dates for our reservation and the front desk was very helpful in making it work for us.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast! Happy hour is a great idea.

Main living area of the room needs more light, and a fuzzy blanket for the couch would be perfect.

Our room was wonderful. It was better than what we expected. The breakfast was wonderful both day. I definitely would recommend this hotel. My husband and I decided that this location will be our every other month honeymoon mini vacation.
