I really appreciated the extra effort into making the hotel experience fun and exciting for Swifties headed to the concert! The man who held the Photo Booth station was exceptional. So kind and fun.

I was a little disappointed that the Swiftie menu didn’t start until 5pm. Honestly, it would have been nice to have one of the specialty cocktails before we left at 3:30 pm, and I know everyone was at the hotel next to the venue partying bc it was a special event. Also, it would have been really cool if the hotel offered some kind of shuttle service. Don’t make the driver go all the way to the venue. Have hotel guests meet at a location half a mile away and then board the hotel shuttle. Just an idea.

Great service, nice pool lounge and common areas, nice laundry and gym. Rooms are new and modern. Very big bathroom and comfortable bed. Delicious free coffee including espresso/lattes and eggs, sausage, yogurt bar, pastries, breads, bagels for breakfast. The staff was hustling hard to keep everything about breakfast perfect until 10am. The kitchen in our studio was a real kitchen if you need it.

Had to call to receive extra sheets for sofa bed and only one extra pillow provided. But it was 1am when we called and the sheets came promptly.

I would have been overall satisfied but we needed towel and a comforter then after an hour of waiting we called again and we were told they r short staff and security will get it… we waited and fell asleep without getting them. They tried to call maybe between 0100-0300 but we were tired to even answer the call. The following morning I told Junelea at the front desk and witjout smile told me that we were informed that they were short staff. She could have just said , sorry due to unavoidable circumstances, it would have been forgotten and I would have not written this long review… overall Element is a good place to stay, dog friendly, very clean. One staff just needs to be retrain we customer service.

The breakfast was good but not that many choices. The first breakfast had more choices than the second day. There were dog treats by the front door which my dogs liked. It was very dog friendly. There were friendly staff to help you out.

Our room sink was clogged. The shower door in our room would open while we were showering. Maybe some more choices for the breakfast. Also offer free parking. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

Probably the only time that the room has looked exactly like the pictures. Very nice and clean.

the breakfast could be better and I don’t like they don’t do housekeeping unless you ask for it. Not even passing by to pick up garbage

1. breakfast. 2. I got a package delivered by Amazon to property. the staff did not have it to me so I left without. I am back in Dubai, now I need to figure out how to cancel or reroute it to my friends’ house in Santa Rosa 3. the website says free parking and I got charged per night???

The coffee was excellent!! I prefer a breakfast buffet. The sandwiches were ok. Nice pillows! The new construction and design were cool. The parking was really convenient. No valet service (yay)!

The light in the bathroom had a motion sensor that went on in the middle of the night, every time you walked into the bathroom. It was annoying. The airplane noise was a bummer.

A very gorgeous and bright inviting room especially the kitchen and living room space was very spacious and comforting. The amenities were amazing and service was great and staff was very understanding and kind I loved my stay with my family and we had an great time there and will be definitely booking again!!

A quality that could be better would be a lock on the bathroom door and some type of cover up while in the shower as if someone was showering it would feel very exposed if someone opened door or was using restroom but overall great room and space.

Great value for money, fantastic facilities in the room. Cooking facilities and pool great. Breakfast decent and nice pool. Perfect for the Levi stadium - we walked no problem
