Great reception staff nice clean and modern building .Like the Mormon book in the room comfortable bed and plenty of towels .room was super clean thanks

No valet parking like GRADUATE HOTELS for Disabled like me No SANDELWOOD aroma when entering lobby like Graduate Hotel which makes you feel your in expensive hotel ! Need more staff for the breakfast area waited for 10 mins for espresso cafe and gave up also no standard coffee the units were empty. Poor gal working this area was so sweet so over worked but this is a problem every where .

What I like about the property, is the cleanliness and the space all the rooms have, I liked how fast and attentive the employees are and how everything down, to makeup wipes are provided for you! Every time I go to San Jose to visit family, this the hotel I always stay at!

I don’t think there was nothing I didn’t like about the property this is the only hotel I like to stay at when I am out visiting family! 😁

Definitely the best hotel in Santa Clara. The rooms are spacious and very elegant. You can clearly see the modern and European design in the hotel and in the rooms. It makes me feel at home. The breakfast is very good, the staff very attentive, I really can't put any problems.

The staff was very friendly and explained what was and what was not available due to covid. They do have parking you can pay for but they were nice enough to tell me that you could also park outside, at your own risk, but they do have a security guard who walks around. The room was gorgeous, very modern and sleek. It you are a business professional traveling then they really cater to you. The hotel is in great proximity to whole foods, resturants, entertainment and the airport. I will definitely stay again.

In the photos when booking it made it appear the room would have a bathtub, but that was not the case. Only disability accessible rooms have bathtubs. I wish they had other milk or creamer alternatives for people who are either vegan or have diary sensitivities. There were many ways to exit but only through the front entrance could you get in, which is kind of cumbersome.

The breakfast was really good; however, they had only 1 person included in the rate for the breakfast even though I had stated we are a party of four (a couple and 2 kids) while booking. But they finally didn't charge me for the breakfast when I provided them with the proofs and the confirmation document. Thanks to the hotel staff.

Manager did the best she can do to help me, she helped me to use microwave. Room was big enough after i requested to change.

As the room costs over 2,400,000$, it was much smaller and the room does not have a cutlery or cooking area.

The location was perfect for our purposes. The hotel was efficiently and tastefully designed throughout. I'm sure, without Covid, this will be a top choice for anyone visiting Silicon Valley. Appreciated the EV charger! The gym was well equipped!

Not terribly significant, but the only reason I wanted my room cleaned over our 4 day stay was to replenish the body wash container. Everything was completed satisfactorily but that. Otherwise everything was fine!

The Hotel is new and modern, and the workers are very kind, specifically Kimberly. The breakfast is very nice and the rooms are big and very comfortable!

the only thing I was the breakfast bar it’s really not a big bar nor selection and I thought the 19 dollars a person was too pricey for the sandwich I got

The hotel is new and the staff just great! You can park inside for 18 USD, but also plenty of free slots in the street (literally 1 min walking). Comfy bed, good shower and very quiet room. I recommend!
