We travelled with our 3 children. We have a nice room with a big sleep couch and a separate bedroom with 2 beds. Very spacious, clean, modern. The hotel has an amazing pool (perfect temperature) with a beautiful deck (nice sun lounger with comfortable matrasses, towels, etc). the jacuzzi worked (most of hotel they don't..)!!! They had a little market to buy snacks, salad, drink, even link for the baby :) Very nice stay

the fridge leaks when we switch it on because tray was not emptied before our arrival. The maintenance people came in 5min and fixed it so not a very big deal.

Was in Santa Clara to take the California bar exam and I chose Hyatt Centric because I saw that the hotel had a separate seating area from the bedroom. The separate room gave me a very functional work/study space while studying for my test. It was like a 10 minute drive to the convention center, probably faster depending on the traffic lights. The staff were very accommodating, especially Sally at the front desk who was very patient with all my questions. Overall had a good experience there.

Would have been better if they had a buffet style breakfast. No microwave in the room but there’s one in the lobby.

The hotel was lovely. The staff was great. Room had a nice front room seating and it was clean..... Clean, clean.. Just what I wanted. Will return the next concert at shoreline.

Everything was lovely food was mediocre, except their restaurant. The extremely small portion and over priced. My 15 yr old granddaughter ordered a acai bow for $18.00 and it was 1 cup of food with 2 tbsp of yogurt. My food came warm and when I said something to the waitress her comment was " oh you want your food really hot?" Hmmmm $20.00 for warm food and there is only 2 tables with patrons. Yes please....

Bought some breakfast snacks from Marketplace but it would be so much more satisfying to be near Starbucks. Santa Clara is a sprawling sea of corporate campuses, though so the walkability of a dense city isn't expected.

It could have been communicated upfront that housekeeping happens once every third night. My welcome email asked me to arrange housekeeping with the front desk, but since my expectations were basic, and I didn't want to waste towels or toiletries, I let the default arrangement play out. The second day I was shocked to find my trash can hadn't been touched at all and so I went online to find out what the housekeeping baseline was, and that's where I saw it was once every three nights. I stayed 3 nights and never saw any housekeeping, but I squished down the trash in my bin and rationed the paper cups for my coffeemaker to make it work.

The rooms were beautifully remodeled. The colors and designs were really nice, and the room felt very clean and comfortable. I traveled with my 3 kids, who are 5 and under and I felt at ease knowing they were in a clean room. I normally don’t let them walk around barefoot or sit/crawl on the floor in a hotel room if the rooms are too dirty, but I was able do that at this hotel without being grossed out. The lobby and bar/restaurant were also nice and clean. Overall it was a good vibe.

The pool was clean, but seemed a little cloudy and the hot tub was quite dirty. I grabbed the pool net to clean it myself and then let my kids go in. It was super cloudy,l though. The filter was not working and debris was piled up in the filter door area. It looked like a breeding zone for bacteria. Once I saw that I got my kids out. A few minutes later the entire hot tub starting draining. I’m not sure what was going on with that because one minute it was just still and looked like it was broken and then it drained. That was a bummer because it was Eve if. Time and the weather was getting cool. We were looking forward to the warmth of the hot tub. The pool was still decent though and somewhat warm so we went in there.

This hotel was amazing for the money and was very clean the bar staff and pool staff were great. The pool are was great and very nice. Pool area could of been picked up from previous visitors but otherwise great. Pool ran out of towels and the staff brought warm ones out to be used.

The bed was surprisingly comfortable, especially for a hotel bed. Thank you!! Staff was very helpful, especially with our late, last minute check in! The library in the lobby is beautiful!

Would like the option to not have house keeping come in, but we appreciate, and understand, the reasoning for checking the room every 24 hours.

Friendly, helpful staff. Bar and breakfast was good. Pool area was very nice. Lobby and restaurant area was pretty. Elevator was very fast

Room overlooked a major highway. Didn’t bother me till I was in bed already. A bit noisy. Extra charge for parking but I forgot that is pretty standard for most hotels.

Rooms were really nice. Ours had a living room area. The room overlooked the freeway and at night you can see the cars passing by. Showers were nice and warm. Room was clean. Breakfast was nice. Parking is convenient.

Nothing, would stay here again.

Staff was very nice. Beautiful hotel, very nice quality everything from food to rooms to amenities. Will definitely book again when needed in the future

More menu options for restaurant. Also later hours for the bar would be lovely especially for us staying there.
