As I do not drive in US, this hotel is in an excellent location that there are restaurants that you can walk to eat, supermarket to buy daily utilities or simple food to cook at the kitchen. Also has a running trail nearby. Staffs were all very friendly and helpful. Ops, can do self laundry also.

There is air conditioning for warm/cool air. But it cannot maintain constant temperature. That’s means it will take times for the room to ‘warm up’ and then it will eventually cool down and then warm up again to your temperature set. It’s ok but a bit noisy and takes time. As the temperature this week was warm, I turn off the air conditioning and open window which is good.

We came in for the 49ers Football game this weekend. We had no familiarity with the area but I wanted something close to the airport and close to the stadium. We were 9 minutes from the airport and about 5 minutes from the stadium. The hotel was very clean with a good hot breakfast. There are additional snacks and adult beverages to purchase at the check-in desk. Next to the hotel is a great Italian restaurant with homemade brick oven pizzas and pasta. The rooms were good size and look forward to bringing my family back.

There really wasn't anything we didn't like about the stay or the service. Really the only negative is there really wasn't any places to shop in the immediate area but that's not what we were there for anyway.

Location was great since it's within a shopping center with several food options and other shopping. We never had to load the kids in the car to get food, which is great for everyone. It's also less than a 10 min drive from California Great America and the stadium. Very kid friendly and the breakfast was perfect for the whole family. Staff was really friendly and accommodating. The room had everything we needed for us and all the kids, including extra bedding and a full kitchen.

Only negative was the pool not being open until 10 am, so our small kids weren't able to swim in the morning when we had nothing to do, and we are early risers.

Rooms are compact, but well organized, and the hotel is well-located to get around Santa Clara county and access the San Jose airport. Staff were excellent! Lots of choices at the included hot breakfast.

This Hyatt House is basically in an open air shopping mall — so good for the restaurant choices, but not so great for the bright parking garage lights that shone in my windows all night and defeated the blackout shades, which might be a problem for rooms from the third floor or so up on the odd numbered side. They do need to figure out housekeeping: despite being told we would receive service the third day (out of a four night stay, kind of weird, but still...), we did not receive any service. This is a problem when you're in a room with a kitchen, and could be mitigated by making it easier for people to empty their own kitchen trash.

Top level, large room, clean, two televisions, metal utensils. AC can set to cool or hot. Microwave, dishwasher and fridge available. Free breakfast available in the morning (bagels, coffee, etc.). Parking at adjacent shopping mall garage, close walking distance to hotel. Tea bags provided as expected.

Staff charged $100 more to my credit card by mistake. When I discovered the next day and let them know, they refused to admit mistake or apologize. They said it was a temporary charge. But later that afternoon I saw they had refunded the charge and then re-charged the correct amount. So it was their mistake but if it was not my persistence they need to re-check this, probably they would not have fixed the overcharge. AC is noisy in the room when it is on. Shower head is fixed, minimal rotation only. Minimal hotel supplies e.g. no toothpaste, shower cap, slippers, hand cream etc. in the room. No complimentary water bottle in the room either. So be prepared with your own supplies.

Excellent! highly recommend. Rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable even the sofa bed. Staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. The breakfast had cereal, oatmeal, fruits, eggs, waffles, sausages, toasts, coffee and tea. The rooms had a very nice and clean crib for our infant. The place is located in a nice area. Lots of restaurants and stores. The pool was clean and warm.

I wish I would had stayed there longer.

The staff were very helpful and courteous. They took care of all our needs - from arranging for laptop adapter, to getting coffee, they were simply great! Best thing was we made a mistake with the start date, but they were nice enough to reverse the no-show charge. Given the covid situation, it's really great that Hyatt staff did their best to ensure a very comfortable stay for us. The room was cozy and had a small kitchen- which was sufficient for simple cooking.

Due to covid, they had no house keeping services for the room. Guess it's understandable. The breakfast was pretty limited and the menu remained fixed for the entire duration of my stay.

It was clean, comfortable, very easy driveable location for many business or leisure sites, and certainly a good value. Handy parking, and part of a cute little shopping/restaurant area, so finding a bite was easy. Continental breakfast was handy if not great. An attractive, functional option for solo visits or families, based on the guests.

The in-unit A/C kicks on and off SUPER LOUD and its location is directed near the bed. (You don't hear it as much when in the couch/desk area, but at night... yikes!) So ear-plugs are recommended.

The staff was very accommodating, and I always had a very nice room available for me during my frequent travels. I absolutely loved the hotel and its location. Easy access to literally everything!!

Not the hotels fault, but the facilities were closed - bar, pool, and gym....the gym an pool finally opened up but with restrictions....the bar never opened up, and there was no food available via room service - but again, this was not the hotels fault....this was all related to COVID. I also didn't like how the every other day smell of burnt fish that other residents were cooking in their room. It was a hard stitch to get rid of....

Very nice hotel with a very good furniture and the workers there are very friendly even the security guard. Highly recommended for family or to go there alone. I will book this hotel again for sure

They make a hold on the day of the arrival On the day of leaving they deduct the amount of stay again and they don't release the hold I had to call the Bank to make a request to release the hold
