Comfort Inn Boardwalk

Free breakfast and close to the boardwalk.

The staff told me I could not park next to my room door since my car was too long however When I got from the boardwalk, there was a van park in that area! My SUV length was same as the Toyota van! I had told the staff several times that I would feel safer if I had my car park right next to my door since I have 2 children with me and I’m traveling alone. The gentleman who had called me to confirm my checkin advised me I can park next to my room. When I arrived, the lady in front advised me I cannot park there and suggested me to move to park near the pool area.

If you're here for the beach and boardwalk, you can't beat this location. 5 min walk to the beach. We were granted early check in which I appreciated very much. We were greeted by a lovely lady at the front desk who upgraded us to a queen suite. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The pool is small but my kids enjoyed a nice dip after a trip to the beach. Breakfast is complimentary and had numerous options. We enjoyed our quick stay very much.

I can't think of anything I would have changed.

Great location, a short walk to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk. Great breakfast including waffles, yogurt, coffee. Safe surrounding area for walking. Clean facilities, polite staff. Pool on site. Would be happy to stay there again.

The pool was small; don't plan on swimming laps. Outside the hotel's control was a sidewalk en route to the beach under construction that pushed pedestrians into traffic. Parking spots are small.

Very close to the beach and the amusement park. Spacious and quiet room. There were parking spots right in front of the hotel. Check-in and-out were easy. There is also a pool right next to the parking spot and the street - not sure if anyone would ever swim there...

The breakfast was not replenished, make sure you arrive early for the breakfast. Also, there were not many tables to sit, so we had to eat the breakfast while standing.

Super Close to the boardwalk. Beds were comfortable and room was clean.

The parking situation was HORRIBLE. Parking is extremely limited and the spaces they do have are very narrow. My family and I could barely get out of our car after we parked. They offer parking to non hotel guest for $50 which i found odd considering there was no vacancy at the hotel and limited parking.

Nice close location to boardwalk. We were delayed in our arrival til after 9 in the eveneing. we’re able to check in without problem Parking is tight on the property but we got a spot. Room was nicely remodeled recently. We didn’t hear neighbors or street even though it was all full. Breakfast was included with the room. Self make waffle station was a nice addition

Price is rather high, but for a nice property near the boardwalk you are paying for location

The parking situation. We were fortunate to arrive when we did and got the last single parking spot. All the others were double-parking. Also, keep in mind that being close to the Boardwalk is a blessing and a curse. A short walk is great, but this also means you can hear the screams from the roller-coaster!

It was modern, clean and within walking distance to the boardwalk in the beach.

There are not enough parking spaces for the amount of rooms. We were unable to do a couple things we wanted to do on our trip for fear of not being able to park back at the hotel. 

The breakfast was fine, clean area, Not quite like it used to be (like full blown breakfast years ago) Location was convenient to boardwalk: but without a view! Parking was difficult but the young man in front office was very helpful : on top of it helping people.

Smoking corner felt like you were being punished. Put as far away under parking roof. No table to set your coffee and 2 uncomfortable beach chairs.

Stayed here for one night during our road trip. Checking in was easy and there were enough parking spaces when we went. Rooms were quiet and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Very close to the boardwalk. You can make your own waffles at breakfast!

The carpet in the room felt really dirty and sticky. Rooms are expensive for what you get, but of course you pay for the location
