Room was very nice, Manager accommodated my early arrival. One thing that was a bit unsettling was I booked a double king suite with ocean facing and they tried to put me in a standard king not happening I said for 350 bucks. They said the ocean facing rooms were booked so They put me in one that looked at the massive construction site next door. Ask questions before you book.That construction site won't be complete for at least a year.

Great location near the boardwalk rides, arcade, bowling & restaurants. Pillows were comfortable, towels were fluffy, shower was a good pressure & big. Front desk was friendly. Our double superior was our favorite (with a balcony!) but our king deluxe was still comfortable.

The beach right there is super crowded but having all the amenities & having beautiful empty beaches within a 10 min drive makes it worth it. Parking lot is small (so just a heads up) but it is nice to have parking available.

Met our needs - was clean, comfortable beds, very pleasant man who checked us in and woman who checked us out - Location, cleanliness, decor, quiet were all pluses.

The parking was less than terrific - didn’t like having to walk up the street and around to get to the car and didn’t like having to pay $25. However, I realize the physical constraints given the location. Plus I would want a different room in the future as we were first room on the right, second floor , and I was awakened by someone opening the hallway door to access the elevator area VERY early (4-4:30ish) and then probably the same person coming back into our hallway a short time later.

Property was very clean and a prime location across from the Boardwalk. Staff was very accommodating.

Limited parking spots; apparently there is 1 parking spot per room, but some rooms are assigned 2 parking spots. That being said, I got back around 9-10pm with no parking. Good thing is metered parking is accessible around the area and do not get checked from 8am-8pm. With the prime location, comes with the typical traffic. It wasn’t too bad, but you must be patient with the pedestrians and the stop and go traffic. In addition, there is a lot of noise going on. The Boardwalk bowing alley is right next door and I would hear it throughout the night.

Everyone was super sweet and kind. The young lady in the front dest had lovely customer service. I also loved that It was very close to the boardwalk.

I paid for a room with a view to the beach and instead I got a room with construction in front. The parking is very small in the building and the other parking is around the corner. The only good thing is that there is a stair way that connects to the hotel.

Location 5 stars, hospitality 5 stars, I would imagine one day this hotel will be too expensive for me to stay at so I'm glad we got the opportunity while we could! My son had an amazing second birthday!

The remote control for the TV did not turn on or off the television set, nor would it turn the volume up or down. It did do everything else, we just had to manually do the other two from the TV. Probably just needs to be reprogrammed

the view! just amazing! Close proximity to everything! Karen at the front desk was wonderful! bey helpful and knowledgeable!

there’s a few things. I will add we did not complain about any.. balcony door did not lock. outlet behind desk didn’t work..so lamp plugged in also didn’t work and couldn’t charge stuff there. the lamp between beds has a short..could potentially be a fire hazard! room is super small and need more light including bathroom!

The location is unbeatable right on the Main Street. The rooms are well laid out and the bathroom is fabulous! The bed is very comfortable and the pillows are great

The parking is really challenging - the space available is difficult to get in & out of. Room 104 felt somewhat unsafe as it opened straight onto the main outside area without a protective hotel corridor.

Location. Front desk staff was super nice. I love the toiletries provided. They smell amazing. The bed is comfortable and the towels are luxurious.

No luggage rack, no gym, no breakfast, the coffee in the room isn’t that great.

I liked the location of the hotel. Close to the wharf and the boardwalk.

Room was smaller than expected. Room was presentable, but definitely not clean. Floor was super nasty and there was small hairs on my bed cover. Thankfully the staff was quick to help me get things changed out.
