I stayed for 4 nights and it was only 649 in total so that’s a good price for how nice it was the property was amazing the rooms are big it was very clean breakfast was provided every morning for free the parking is free as well you also get the option to put a card on the outside of your door so your room can get cleaned as long as you stay and they did amazing every time on the cleaning it wasn’t close to Santa Monica nor downtown Los Angeles to get to both its about 30 minute drive witch is not bad

The property was clean and was daily kept clean. The staff were all very nice, accommodating and helpful. We had a great breakfast every morning. Overall we had a good stay.

This was supposed to be a non smoking room. This room smelled so bad that we went out and bought a disinfectant spray that kinda helped but the smell was in the carpet. And there was so much marijuana smoking in the cars on this property that it just smelled really bad outside and inside our room.

The peace n quiet. The breeze. The beauty of the suite. The bed. And the ADA setup perfectly bath shower area. The location 2 miles from Hermosa beach. The friendliness of Mgr and reservationists. The breakfast. Coffee. Orange juice.. The landscaping filled w Roses. Housekeeping maintenance staff efficient and friendly. So helpful everybody is. Thank you Best Western Galleria you gave my kitty and I (ESA CERTIFICATE NEEDED FOR STAY). The BEST REUNION ever. All the Best Sending you love and Abundance. Our Stay was The Best. ***** 5 stars!!! This was the only place on our trip where the host gave us extra because we were on a honeymoon. We got a bigger room with massage tub. The bed was very big and comfortable. Breakfast was the same every day, but it was pretty good.

Next to our room on the corridor there was an ice machine which was extremely loud during the night. I do not know who needs ice at 4 AM!? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Our room was clean and the location - quite convenient in a short drive's lenght from Redondo beach and right next to Target and some restaurants. It wasn't too noisy and we were able to enjoy good night's sleep after long days of exploring LA. Staff was friendly.

Unfortunately our room bathroom kept smelling like weed the whole 3 nights we stayed there. Something must have been wrong with their ventilation system but most likely you won't get unlucky with smoking neighbors as it is prohibited on premises.

Great location, not too far from the airport and very close to the Hustler Casino which was my main destination for this part of my trip. Rooms were more than enough for one person, good sized fridge and working microwave, clean bathrooms and beds, comfortable stay overall.

Front desk was closed due to COVID, so I had to do check in through a Front Desk window.. not the most comfortable or safe, and not ideal when just stepping off a plane. I never got to try the to-go breakfast option, but it was too bad (again I guess due to COVID) that there was no actual continental breakfast.

breakfast was good

booked a non smoking room but the room smelled like cigarettes it was a really strong odor. I spoke to the concierge and they moved my family to another room it smelled better but still smelled like someone had smoked there. seems like this hotel has a lot of people that just live there permanently and that might be the issue since most of those people were smoking in the hallways. there was also a guy that didn’t have shoes on in the premises the full day just walking around the parking lot.

The Hotel Manager was super nice and helpful, caring about every need and request. The room was comfortable and not noisy (compared to the position), parking area visible and wide, the swimming pool area is small but nice, and we were surprised the water was heated up, so it was like a hot tub, very relaxing. Breakfast was good with eggs and waffles and more. We also liked the area, Hermosa Beach is only 10 minutes away and it is nicer than Santa Monica!

Bed was super comfortable and room was clean. Staff was really nice and made it super easy for a late check out. Close to the venue we went to Friday night. Good experience over all. Not loud at all even though it is on a busy/main street. We'd stay here again.

Although room was clean, upon walking in, it did have a cigarette/smoke smell that was strong even tho it says its a non smoking room. Other that it was a good stay.

I definitely liked the size of the room, especially with the addition of the whirlpool spa within the room. I also liked that the room was well insulated. The nights we stayed was quite cold outside but the room kept warm inside with the heater only needing to be on for a short time, or not on at all. Also, enjoyed the precautions being taken for the breakfast option.

I did not like that it does seem the walls might be considered thin. We kept hearing the guests in the unit above us, like heavy footsteps for example. T
