This is the best option for Hermossa Beach if you don’t want to spend silly money on beach front. We love it. Have stayed many times. But…..

They have introduced a parking charge!! In a car park I’ve never seen more than a handful of cars full, they’ve started charging. Honestly, charging guests to stay and then charging guests to park is robbery in any hotel I think. But come on quality inn. We’re not in central Manhattan fighting for expensive spaces. The quality inn has certain values we love, such as a good price for a good stay. But this is a premium service that just feels like an insult. Please re think. It’s going to affect your deservedly good ratings.

We enjoyed the in room spa (whirlpool jacuzzi). The room had a single kingsize bed which I found comfortable. Perfect for an overnight stay or in my case relaxing afternoon. I definitely plan a return visit soon..

The internet wifi service provided by the hotel leaves a little to be desired as I was unable to stream Netflix on my computer. Since the wifi is included free of charge I won’t hold it against the hotel for trying. I enjoyed my stay.

The location is amazing as Hermosa Beach is walking distance and even if our room was on the side of the street, it was really quiet and relaxing. It was spacious and had an area that allowed us to work for a day (on Friday) and the wi-fi connection was good. Breakfast was okay and there was the option to sit inside or on a nice terrace. Fitness room very small but with several dumbbells, exercise bike and treadmill.

It would be great if breakfast could offer at least a non-diary option for milk or yogurt (I was fine with tea or coffee, but it would be awesome to start seeing these kind of options more and more) and instead of single-use utensils/cups, reausable ones :)

it’s just because of the pandemic, breakfast is still packed. one of the things I enjoy in hotels is good breakfast but oh well i hope and pray that this pandemic will end super soon!

the awesome staff. everyone there is kind, patient, helpful, wonderfully communicative, and lovely. the large outdoor hot tub/jacuzzi area was just fine. for the price and location, it’s a great value on a more upper motel style Inn. I knew what kind of property it was- the open air hallways and stairwells so I found the general upkeep of that kind of property great. Really it was all the workers there that made the space homey and we felt very welcomed and that was great,

look, it’s clearly an older property and could use some overall attention to some details, but I saw and chatted with the hardworking staff who were keeping up with guest upkeep. If the franchise wants to throw some money to hire more staff for an overhaul of details: like the exercise room not working with equipment falling apart or maybe make the outdoor jacuzzi area updated with a proper towel station. that would be something but it wasn’t a deal breaker for us. I do see that a deeper clean can be used on some of the bathrooms. I don’t know, I honestly was great with our stay and really appreciated the care and attention of the excellent folks you have working there :)

Very spacious and clean room. Extremely comfortable bed. Comfortable bathroom with a large countertop. Nice TV, and additional sofa. In general really nice room. Hotel service was polite. Big parking is a big adventage of this hotel. Also localisation was great, very close to the beach and restaurants in safe neighborhood.

Breakfast very poor... Only packed sweets (muffins, cynamon rolls), very artyficial yogurt and oatmeal available. A big puddle on the balcony, because it is leaking from the air conditioning.

The location is perfect, walking distance from everything of note in Hermosa. Also the rooms how they are angled, pretty much every room you can see a bit of the ocean. My room was absolutely massive and it was super awesome. My check in manager was super nice as well, can't wait to go back to this hotel again soon

The street it's on is busy and hard to turn into going westbound on aviation Blvd. Also on booking it said continental breakfast still but it's the takeaway breakfast which is like an apple. Overall great

Very close to the water. 1/2 a mile walk. Restaurants the whole walk to the beach.

That they charge $10 a day for parking when I didn’t read that anywhere before I booked it. Water damage in bathroom.

Everything was amazing and the hotel is in a great location. The beds were very comfortably as well especially after a long day at the beach. The staff was also very nice and helpful.

The couch in our room was definitely not anything I would lay my body on! It was very dusty and after laying down we felt a little itchy. I’m very positive there were no bed bugs but if I was to return it would be nice to know the couches are just as maintained as the rest of the hotel room.

The room and the location were great! The room was very spacious and comfortable, the location was perfect walking distance to shops and the beach

My main complaint is the noise, I could hear the people in a neighboring room clear as day, listening to music, and private conversations. There was also a fight in the hallway early one morning that woke me up.
