The hotel is situated south of the LAX airport, just a few minutes by car from Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach, which I liked much more than Venice or Santa Monica (which are also worth to see!). For us it was a perfect "basis" to reach the typical sights in LA. Breakfast was included (egg, pancakes, etc. - ok), coffee and tea always available in the lobby. Supermarkets and some fast food even available by foot (across the street). Pool and Jacuzzi available. Enough space to park your car (which is a must in L.A, from my point of view).

We stayed 3 nights. The room was big comfortable. We had a corner room didn't hear any of our neighbors (as others stated in their reviews). The breakfast was great variety of choices. And it was included with the room as well as free parking. My dad stayed at a different hotel in the area- no breakfast and$18 a day for parking. The bed was comfortable - not luxury linens but they were still good. There was a sign no Maid services didn't bother us. We did get clean towels and trash bags. Housekeeping let me borrow the broom to sweep my room. When we did have a question about getting food the front desk gave a couple suggestions close by and knew what time they closed. There's a menu for Chinese in the lobby and they deliver to the hotel. It was fast.

When my husband went to get fresh Towels and trash bags at the maids cart.- he said she was kinda rude rushing him off. I explained probably had what she needed on the cart for the rooms she cleaning. The day before the maid said she bring them to our room. No big deal.

Breakfast options were varied, with lots of choices. The fellow who was working the area was courteous and helpful. Good mix of protein and carbs.

As to the breakfast room, honestly, the "red velvet" waffle didn't do anything for me. I would have liked to have yogurt as an option, as it is my regular "go to" breakfast. I DO wish that there was a dining space available that did NOT have a TV running. It made conversation impossible. The walls of our room were thin enough that you could hear folks in the next room.

Chose because it was close to the airport which was important after 22 hours travelling. The area felt reasonably safe and not too bad for local facilities. Breakfast provided a pretty good choice with a small but well cooked hot section (superb scrambled eggs). Rooms are a good size.

Not very close to most of the attractions and the traffic is as bad as most people warn you. The cost does compensate for this slightly.

Kitchen staff very friendly and ensured breakfast was always topped up Cleaning staff worked very hard at cleaning rooms, they did an excellent 👏 job I liked the hotel contacted me before and after the visit to ensure everything was ok.

I think when staying for 6 nights the breakfast seems monotonous, if they can periodically change the iems of the breakfast especially the fried potatoes with something else that would help long twem guests.

Location was great. Good rooms. Pleasant staff.

Would have liked to have seen the pool hours maybe from 8:00 to 11:00. I didn't get to enjoy it because I was out of the hotel really early and didn't get back in most nights until 10:00. It would have been nice to take a couple laps or maybe soak in the hot tub before I retired for the night. The free breakfast could have been better. Toast, bagels, muffins, cereal, boiled eggs and make yourself waffles just about sums it up. The butter was so hard you couldn't even spread it on the toast. Where were the eggs??

I am very pleased with the choice of this hotel, as I researched a lot before, I live here in Los Angeles and I needed a hotel for my son who lives in another country and came to visit me but at the same time he would work online. Spacious and clean room, parking with several spaces, good wifi signal and free breakfast. Staff was very helpful too.

Breakfast could have more options because we stayed 4 nights and every day was the same, never had scrambled eggs, only boiled. But other than that it was fine. I like the option to prepare your waffle.

I liked that it had breakfast and the rooms were nice and the pool and jacuzzi were awsome. The staff made sure everything was clean . Room service is good too.

I did not like that they did not have a shuttle bus to pickup and drop off at airport. I dont like that they dont switch the breakfast. its always the same everyday.

The staff were very helpful and super friendly and the location was in an ideal proximity and close to all of the citys attractions 😊

There could been a few more breakfast options. But there was no fault with anything at the buffet and the coffee was lovely and a nice pick me up for the day ahead 😊
